I contacted Mo today because my speakers stopped working after a virus hit my home computer. After getting my computer to work, the speakers would not work despite checking all the computer sound settings. Mo fixed it quickly by remotely accessing my computer. I had a printer network problem and found Motech IT Solutions on Yelp. I reached out to the owner Mo and he immediately responded and gave me several options for a visit. First of all when he came to the door the first things he did was ask for permission to remove his shoes. When he came into my office he asked me to show him what I did to try and fix the problem. He then asked permission again if he could connect to my router to do some trouble shooting. After 30 minutes Mo was able to resolve the issue then not only did he make sure every device was working properly he asked if he could log into my computer to check the speed of my internet to make sure connectivity worked and my ping, upload and download speed was adequate for my needs.
