I reached out to a few AC companies and ALL of them only offered for me to close some of my vents to force air into other rooms. At this point I was completely frustrated and went to Yelp and found Reginald of Accurate AC. I called him and he came out right away and was extremely professional and courteous. He was the only one who took the time to properly diagnose my issue. He was in my very hot attic for about an hour and informed me of my options. He mentioned either installing an inline blower or the best option was to build a distribution box that would route and distribute the air properly to each room. He came back a couple of days later and installed the distribution box. I finally had air in all rooms! He also noticed that I had loose wires that were exposed (a major fire hazard no doubt) and he also created a junction box to place them in at a very fair price. I had three other companies in my attic before him and NONE of them mentioned the wires! Due to his competitive pricing, high level of skill and professionalism, I called him back for another issue about a week ago, and he came out and went above and beyond again! We called, and was told that someone would come to our home between 3-4pm that day. That was much better than waiting another day or few days. They were very professional to call us in advance to inform us that they would be running late. Donnie himself, along with another gentleman came over at approximately 5pm, and repaired our heat. We have been nice and toasty ever since. Our wallets are a little sad, but at least we have heat! Great, professional service!

During our initial conversation, he told me to call him when I got off work and, if he was in the area, he would stop by. I told him I preferred to schedule an appointment, but I still called him after work, and he came by. Within a couple of minutes of arriving, he stated that my system simply needed refrigerant and that this was the reason the unit was cycling on and off. I explained that this issue had happened before and that adding refrigerant had not resolved the problem. Despite that, no further troubleshooting was performed. He did not inspect the indoor unit, and he did not inspect the ductwork that was also included on the service request. The ticket was then marked complete. I reopened the claim and reminded him that the service request also included ductwork. When he returned, he placed tape on a few areas of the ductwork, but some of the tape did not remain in place for even 24 hours, and other areas were left untouched. At no point was my entire system was thoroughly inspected. The system inside wasn't inspected at all. While he was in the attic, I heard several loud noises that sounded like something had fallen or been dropped. When I started toward the attic to check, he immediately stated that he was finished and came back down. I did not have an opportunity to inspect the area at that time. Later that same day, my AC stopped blowing air completely, although the outdoor unit continued to run. I contacted him immediately and explained that I had no air conditioning. He told me it could be up to a week before he could return unless he had a cancellation. Given the heat and the fact that my AC was no longer functioning, I asked him to release the claim so the warranty company could assign another contractor if he could not return sooner. He declined. Four days later, he canceled the claim without notifying me. It got up to 91 degrees in my home and certain times but remained in the 80s. Not only did he force me and my family to be in heat but this delayed the repair process because the warranty company then had to locate another contractor. Fortunately, another company was able to come out the following day who took the time to thoroughly check the outside and inside system and noticed something had been broken upstairs. If you are looking for someone who will thoroughly evaluate your HVAC system and perform comprehensive troubleshooting, that was not my experience.

We asked our Realtor for a referral and she told us to call Classey Comfort. We are very grateful that we did. They are extremely professional and do not try to rip the customer off. Matt checked out our situation and it was determined that a motor needed to be replaced and it was recommended that our furnace be replaced as well. It was not a cheap proposition but it needed to be done and Classey got it done quickly. A few days after our installation, we had some other work being done and we were worried there was a gas leak. We called Classey to make sure it was not something that had to do with their recent installation. Matt came out immediately and spent a long time checking everything out to make sure everything was properly installed. He spent a lot of time making sure everything was ok, and we were so appreciative of that. In the end there was no gas leak, thank goodness. We will definitely use Classey Comfort in the future and would highly recommend them.
