Not only was John, the customer sales coordinator nice and welcoming to me with my small repair issue, but Pamela Rossi, the owner and an icon in the diamond industry as one of the most respected and top gemologists in the country, could not have been more gracious and engaging. They treated me as if I was buying a $100,000 diamond ring, even though it was repair under $100. This is why local Floridians and visitors to the Fort Lauderdale area swear by this jeweler as their go to place for a whole range of jewelry options - from the most beautiful and exquisitely expensive down to very affordable everyday gorgeous pieces.
