I really appreciated that they took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and never tried to upsell me, whether that meant going bigger or adding a halo. They showed me a few options so I could visualize different looks (which was actually fun to try on), but when I said, "nah, not my style," they genuinely respected that and moved on. We stopped sending him money. We told him we had two watches on hold just send us the one with book value of the cash that he has already in store which was a green face we had purchased for 71,000. He has $73,900 of our money he would not even send the to us with 55 calls 100 text messages to the Hollywood police he sent back $20,000 and still hasn't sent the rest of our money back. Horrible place to purchase any timepiece or jewelry from Koosh. They are unauthorized dealers of every watch brand for a reason. Buyers beware, a new Rolex purchase is not new, rather second hand. They provide only a one year warranty when purchased from any manufacturer or authorized dealer provides a two year warranty. We searched for a place randomly to change our watch batteries in our semi high-end watches since they both decided to die on the flight. I have passed by this place a few times and was very eager to check it out. I went in with the intention of getting holiday gifts... Went inside and there were customers arguing about Nike and LeBron James. One of the sales reps comes up to us to let us know the customers are having a lively discussion... it was all very weird and extremely hard to concentrate. When I asked about the customer yelling the security guard said that he was a regular... So I guess that makes it okay? Nice selection but quieter places have a nice selection as well. I purchased a yellow gold nail bracelet from Koosh Jewelers in May 2022. I was told and my receipt shows that the bracelet is 18 karats. In October 2022, the bracelet broke; the nail head has tiny diamonds and is also the lock, came away from the body of the bracelet. The lock was soldered metal to diamond and not metal to metal. The bracelet was taken for repair to another jeweler (not Koosh), it was there that I was told the bracelet is 14 karats. I was advised to return to Koosh Jewelers. I took the bracelet back to Koosh for repair and while there, I asked about the karat. The salesman said he thought it was 14k. One week later, when the item was fixed, I asked again about the karat and showed him my purchase receipt. He then said the bracelet was 18 karats as he had just tested it. I told him that before returning to Koosh, it was taken somewhere else, and I was told it was 14 karats. His response was that the other jeweler may have said this because they may have thought that I was trying to sell them the bracelet. When I left with my bracelet, I went into a third jeweler, I was told that although it is a nice piece, it was 14 karats after they had tested it. Koosh Jewelers did not charge for the repair of my bracelet for which I am grateful; but I am still left with a feeling of no confidence in that jewelry store. I will not purchase anything from them again. read more

This store is great. It's near my office and right next to the highway, so I decided to stop by because I was in the market for an engagement ring. I did a lot of studying regarding clarity, cut, color, and prices before starting to shop. The saleswoman that helped me was Janine. She was very friendly but wasn't pushy. I gave her an idea of what I had in mind and she showed me a large selection of rings. They were very nice, but I really had something specific in mind. She told me that they can custom make it for me. I was concerned that having something custom made would be expensive, but the price was actually very reasonable.
