Do Not use 904 Insurance Inspections! I can't stress enough. They were recommended by our insurance…read morecarrier for a new 4 point inspection. Quoted us $75, which isn't bad. The inspector came out after being an hour late, took some pictures. Didn't even go on the roof to look around. Paid our $75 and got the emailed "invoice" Waited for the report for over a week. They wouldn't answer the phone and wouldn't call us back. Finally got in touch and they said that an employee sabotaged their computer system and deleted our photos and they would have to send someone else out. Rescheduled another inspector, again didn't go on the roof to look around. We do have a two story, so just looking from the ground wouldn't work. Had to go back and forth with the insurance carrier over the report because the pictures were so bad they didn't want to use them. Eventually they agreed to use the pictures on the report and issue the policy. A few weeks later I noticed a second and third charge on my credit card. Each for a larger amount than the original $75. Even though it wasn't our fault they had to come back out, and we didn't authorize any new charges. My wife got in touch with them and was told it was the same employee responsible for the false charges and would refund our money. Waited a week or so for the refund and nothing. With absolutely no response from them. Reported the fraud charges with the credit card company. 904 Inspections denied that it was fraud because they had "invoices". Fought with the CC for several months until the time for disputing charges had lapsed. So we're out $225 because of 904 Insurance Inspections. Highly unprofessional.
