We were decently far out of town and had seen only 1 other car come by in the 30 minutes we spent trying to dig out, who also nearly got stuck. We called Tow Pros and they sent a truck out to save us immediately. The conditions were so icy, that they called a second truck out to help winch us out. Never once did either of the Tow Pros guys make us feel silly or embarrassed for needing help - in fact, they just seemed thrilled to be doing their job and helping us, even at midnight in the 18 degree weather. And they did it quickly! They gave us tons of tips and encouragement while saving our butts and for an incredibly fair price. 10 out of 5 stars

Not sure of the man's name who helped us, but my insurance got my location horrifically wrong, and…read morewas sending him 20 miles away from us, so I'm glad I called to check in, he very kindly got to us within 15 minutes. He reassured us and kept me (panicked!) calm, as he were concerned we might be stuck out in the heat (I told him we were two ladies traveling alone, which he provided reassurance that he would get to us soon!),. When he got to us, he was able to do a quick fix, as there was nothing actually wrong with my car, and reassured us that even if it happened again, to keep going as it was not a danger.
