In order to be seen I had to give up all my visits with my current (walk in) doctor in order to be seen and then I had to wait a few weeks for an appt. All fine, but then I had an injury the week of my appt so I figured I could deal until then as I would have had to self pay to see my previous doctor. I was re-injured the day before my scheduled visit only to have the visit cancelled due to office illness. Fine, it happens. I went to the ER because the pain was unbearable. I was hoping I would be fit in asap the following Monday or Tuesday as the appointment had been cancelled by the office not me. That certainly had been my experience any other office I have been involved with. I was very surprised to find out I could only bee seen 10 days later. This was after I had informed them that I had an active injury and had just been seen by the ER that night. I would think a delay of 10 days could cause potential further injury, they did not seem concerned in the least. I would just give it a thought if you are not in a position to have such delays in care. I am hoping this is just because I was a new patient and that established patients would be handled differently.

It was easy to schedule an appointment with flexible hours (very convenient for those who are working). Dr Krupa prescribed a treatment plan along with massage therapy. I have been dealing with a major back issue and I patiently waited to be scheduled to see Dr. Chira. I understand during COVID-19 times now, that everything can be more slow-paced and a health risk; however, I felt as if I was put on the back burner. I had to head to the ER in order for myself to get any type of doctor's note for my job. I did not feel comfortable going back to work in my condition and wanted to get answers! A week and a half later, I finally did see Dr. Chira, and there was still no proper diagnosis. I, myself, recommended to get a MRI done to get a better understanding of what's going on with my back. Also, to see what issues are going on. I had 1 more follow-up appointment with Dr. Chira after that; that being after my MRI was done and results were in. Still no clear-cut answers from him. I had to continually repeat with him what medications I am on; as well as what I have been doing since my back injury. It's as if he didn't remember anything I had told him prior? Not to mention Dr. Chira explicitly wanted me to call my pharmacy to "double-check" what medications I am on so there is no "confusion." I was dumbfounded and couldn't believe my PCP was not believing me. Dr. Chira handled my diagnosis with no clear-cut answers. I had to bring up physical therapy as an option. I expressed concern and interest in Short Term Disability because my back injury is going to take a lot more time that I had imagined apparently. I am looking out for the wealth fare of my job! Dr. Chira cringed at my vocal expression with STD! Why? I was looking for guidance and reassurance. I was looking for help and concern. All I received was disconnect and lack of empathy. Lastly, when Dr. Chira brought up what I do for work, he mentioned maybe I should find another job? How can I make that assumption when I need to make sure and take care of my issue first. Especially before I can decided anything like that? He was not helping me with responses such as that! Not to mention one of his office receptionists, a Miss Stacey. The very few times I spoke with her over the phone in these last 3 weeks, was, only a complete disregard for my feelings and disrespectfulness. I am finding a new PCP and have no intention of going back to Dr. Chira. He failed me as my PCP; and that's saying a lot for me considering I had been seeing him for almost 10 years. I am so glad I did! After only one adjustment, I already felt relief. After two, more relief. After four or five, I am almost entirely pain-free. Dr. Chris is very thorough. He starts with an in-depth exam and multiple X-rays. Then, a consultation is needed to discuss the proposed treatment plan. And then, with your approval, the adjustments start. It's funny, really, that these adjustments only take five minutes or less, yet they can bring so much relief. Your milage may vary of course, but if you decide to try chiropractic therapy I highly recommend Chiropractic Solutions of Framingham.

I had suffered some injuries related to sports and sitting in school all day was hurt. so I started seeing the doctors at MetroWest chiropractic and I did so for several years until I moved to New Hampshire in 2003... Incidentally, I wasn't able to find any practitioners up there that were as good, maybe I'm jaded :) I'm back in the area and my work situation significantly changed and I go into Boston 4-5 days per week, usually from Lincoln. But once or twice a week; especially if I've done something exceedingly stupid, I go in from the Framingham volunteer stop. This let's me be seen before or after work depending upon how my day goes. The offices are less than 5 minutes away from the Framingham train stop, just on the otherside of city hall. On a quiet day you're talking maybe 3 minutes. . They're right next to Metrowest Medical. or if you're familiar with the area, you might call it Framingham Union hospital. I mean literally the parking lots are right next to one another Anyways Dr Hartigan was one of the practitioners that cared for me I before moving to NH, I just make reference to that because I tell you what in all those years he's only gotten better and better. He's thoughtful. He's caring. his adjustments are not overly aggressive by any stretch of the imagination. But they provide SIGNIFICANT RELIEF.... SIGNIFICANT!! So it's still a breath and fresh air walking out of there. On another note, my mom has actually been going there since early '80s and like me shes seen several practitioners there. She goes once a week now and also sees Dr. Hartiagan. She'd write her own review but she's in her '70s and I'm not really interested in trying to teach her how to write reviews, lol. Obviously, we can't review MRI results for an MRI that hasn't happened, so I contacted the office to reschedule. I left a message with the answering service, then left several voicemails (during office hours) explaining the need to reschedule and reason, over the course of a week. When I received no response to those I even emailed through the website. No response. So a little over 24 hours before the scheduled appointment I left another office hours voicemail explaining that since I haven't heard from anyone it would be best to just cancel. The next day I received an automated message that we missed our appointment. Is this a medical practice that literally has no one checking voicemail? I am the full-time caretaker for two profoundly disabled individuals. I deal with medical appointments, doctors offices, and specialists all the time. I also have two full-time jobs, and work seven days a week to provide for those individuals. The stack of b.s. I deal with daily is sky high. The last thing I need is one provider's office adding one more thing to that stack. Caretaking someone with advanced dementia means a need for results in a reasonable amount of time, especially since medication changes are frequent. I can't wait months to forever to not hear from a provider with important medical information. So I contacted insurance, found NE Neurological, who got us in next month. Just putting that out there for anyone also in need of a responsive specialist for a loved one.
