Not having had an accident in many years, I went to 1st Choice because they were close to my home in Martin. The estimate was on Friday afternoon. I was there 5-7 minutes for them to take photos and they said they would e-mail me all I need. They did just that within the hour. I then decided to go with 1st Choice and drop it off first thing that Monday Morning. Not only was that quick as well. They had my rental waiting for me in the shop (clean and warm). I was there for like 5-minutes and was all set. They also said to plan on everything take a week. 1st Choice handled all the work with the company's adjuster, and both called me on Tuesday indicating the damage was more than initially anticipated and claim would be higher - - and that they will handle everything together. No work on my end. On Wednesday morning, the 1st Choice said my truck would be ready that afternoon. I WAS SHOCKED. Repairs, rear-bumper replacement, paint, and even washing my truck was completed in just 2.5 days. When I arrived Wednesday afternoon, my truck was waiting for me in front, we exchanged keys, and I was on my way. Their work is also AWESOME! Good Service, in almost every industry is hard to find these days. Rarely do we (the public) receive service that was memorable, and memorable for the right reasons. This was EXCELLENT SERVICE and in every way. I will be using this experience in my training of staff in my job and will singing their praises and supporting them locally. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! On a scale of 1 to 5 stars, I give them 6.

Our Rav 4 is 6 months old and damaged enough that we couldn't drive it. Toyota roadside assistance dispatched Jamie to tow us to the nearest dealer. While on our way to the dealer, I called the dealer and they told us no Toyota dealer in the area does body work. Jamie said he could do the job but didn't want us to feel "any pressure to do business with him." After being with him about 15 minutes, I had a lot more confidence in him than any car dealer I've ever dealt with--the guy is impossible not to like. He drove us to a car rental place in Murray, although his shop is in Hardin. He recommended restaurants in the area and offered to take care of the tomato plants I was hauling home. More importantly, he was specific about when he could get the parts and the job done. This was a Friday and I talked several times that day with my insurance company. My insurance company eventually told me they could not get an adjuster there until Monday but that the local adjuster knew Jamie and on that basis authorized him to start work immediately without them having to see the damage. When we went to get stuff out of the car Friday evening, he had already started work. He got the job done when promised and we finished the rest of our drive home this afternoon without a hitch. And I defy anyone to tell me the car was severely damaged 9 days ago. It looks and drives as good as new. We invited Jamie to visit us in Colorado and take him to a ball game. Can't say I've ever been so inclined with any other car dealer/repair shop.
