Butch test drove my car and had his helper jack up the front driver side wheel and determined on the spot that 3 of the 5 Wheel Lugs were real loose. Butch told his helper to torque wrench those babies tight and check the other two, as well as the rear driver side wheel lug nuts for extra safety. Butch then test drove it again and told me to drive away without paying him a dime! I went back later and he still would not accept any cash payment!
