I messaged Valley Garden Services informing them of my overgrown backyard needing serviced. They arrived within my requested hours and were friendly. They damaged my two gutter downspouts and left without notice because of a supposed swarm of wasps. I crutched out there afterwards and no swarm was found. The next day I had the area inspected and all my plant buckets moved. No swarm was ever found. Here is the message I received from them before crutching out to inspect my backyard: "Sorry we left, unfortunately we couldn't finish the areas near the bucket due to safety concerns. Me and my worker, who so happens to be my cousin, are deathly allergic to wasps, and a large swarm was building."
