There wasn't water in the vase, petals were falling on the ground. The card says its for my Mother but it didn't even say who it was from. No one even rang the doorbell or knocked. The only way that my Mother even found out that the flowers were there at all is because my cousin who lives near by went over and checked on my Mother and found these outside unattended. The delivery was going to an Air B&B, so I provided the recipient's cell # and the gate code so that the flowers could be delivered to the door. The recipient never received the flowers. I asked her to look for them in the courtyard, etc... Nothing. I called Ruth's Roses to find out what the story was, and they said that the roses had been delivered. I informed them that the recipient had not received the flowers and had not left the room all day. That was on Friday. I asked for PoD and they said it would be the following week. Monday or Tuesday. On Tuesday, I received the picture below, showing that they had left the $150+ roses outside of the front door, near the street. I asked them to make it right. The response was that they'd put a note in that delivery address to not leave them on the street/front door in the future. As for me, they'll never see another order from me... ever.
