When I asked for written documentation showing how the premium was calculated, they refused. I wrote to Jon Farney , President and Chief Executive Officer of State Farm and received a letter back from Alan Wheeler which doubled down on his bait-and-switch . He was kind and supportive through the process and helped get my claim settled quickly. The majority of the time he was in the office and available to answer questions on the spot.
