Their product is very good, we went with the Oakmark cabinets and quartz countertop. They look great. We would NOT recommend these guys in the future. We had an independent contractor install, as their team does not do electrical or plumbing only remove and replace. The walls in my kitchen are not square, so one cabinet had to be modified to accommodate the 108 degree corner. Was not in original plan. Waiting on the counters forever as they had a dispute, owed money to, their subcontractor on the counters. Service and transparency not very good for the price you pay for good cabinets. read more

My wife and I had brand new cabinets put in our new house. Went back-and-forth with Davis kitchens trying to get the cabinet design to begin with, the correct door front soon after that, and then had issues with inconsistent wood stain. Went to get a quote and start the kitchen process. I knew what I wanted! Easy! Right? Over a month passed and no quote. Finally a call that said she was still working on quote but that we probably moved on. Yep we moved on. Would not recommend. She could have at least called us a week after meeting and told us she was working on quote. Obviously they didn't want our business. read more

Went back to see Kim to get the design and cost estimate. The design included different size cabinets on top of the upper cabinets. They didn't match. And there was no written estimate. Just a statement that we were about $25,000. Asked for different layout of the top row of cabinets and a written estimate. Never got a call back. read more

Finally came out after 6 1/2 weeks (with no apology) to look at the granite and told me that was the way it was supposed to look. (give me a break) If you can feel a crack it is a crack. They did fill in the pit holes, but that was all. They should of replaced the whole thing, I would never ever recommend anyone to use them. read more

VERY DISAPPOINTED!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Designer Kim Rios came out to measure and told us she would send the estimate and design within a week, A week and a half went by and I reached out to her she advised it would take another week said she was very busy. No response no follow up nothing so by the fourth week we decided to contact a manager and person that answered said manager was not available but we could speak to the owner (mike) ,which we did. We told Mike about how unprofessional his employee Kim Rios was ,he assured he was going to take care of it. A week went by and nothing no message no follow-up from Mike the owner. Second week and my husband decides to leave a message this has been two weeks ago and we still have not received call or message from Mike ,Of course I gave up by now but very upset because had worked with Davis Kitchens 3 years ago and had great service and wanted to match my cabinets. A simple reply or follow up to tell me they were not interested in my business would of been ok . read more

Purchased cabinets ($25k) Cabinets installed many months later. Have a receipt "Paid in Full" ! 4~ months later Davis Kitchens sends a bill for $1600 with no explanation. Now they are demanding payment saying they added wrong. Beware of shady practices. read more

We did a kitchen redo and the were top notch . Kim helped us and was patient and informative on the design and selection. She also helped us an coordinated with the appliance folks at Westsar. Awful experience from when we walked into the store. Went on a Saturday shortly after opening. Didn't get greeted or acknowledged. Three other couples walk in moments after us and they are helped rite away. We browsed and checked out cabinets. Asked for assistance was told someone will be with us shortly. Waited another 15 mins. An older lady comes in she was helped rite away. I then proceeded to go over and wait patiently for a one of the kitchen designers to finish up and asked if she could help us. Taffy did after us being in store for almost an hour. Taffy helped us, she took notes down of what we liked and told her our spending limit. We paid for her to come out to our house and do measurements. We met with her at the store.she showed us the design. However she lost all her notes she took on our cabinets and countertops we wanted, and had picked out her OWN. Gave gave us a price quote of her cabinets and countertops. Which to be frank was a waste all of our time. Since it was not what we had told her we wanted. She apologized and said she "must of lost our notes" and she would have to re do her pricing according to what we wanted. Got back to to us two weeks later. With all the bells and whistles and the spending limit we gave her she went over by 12,000. With all that being our experience with Davis kitchen and Taffy was horrible. Went to Home Depot and spent 20,000 on our kitchen. Should of went to Home Depot from the VERY START. Davis kitchen was a waste of money and time. read more

I am extremely disappointed in Davis Kitchens. My builder sent me to them to select the cabinets for our new home. The sales person was very helpful, but the service stopped there. The cabinet installation has been ongoing on four months now. There are still drawers with the wrong fronts on them (two attempts to get it right so far), some drawers are missing the soft-close assembly, and the bathroom cabinets are missing the divider between the inner cabinet area and the side drawers. When you look up toward the ceiling within the built-in refrigerator nook, the 45 degree corner isn't even cut right, leaving a large gap. I know it won't be seen when the refrigerator is installed, but it is an indicator of the quality of workmanship this company allows. For $39K, I expected quality cabinets and a professional installation. If your builder sends you to this company, save yourself some disappointment and go to Lowes or Home Depot instead to get better quality cabinets and a more professional installation. read more

We used Davis to fabricate and install new, quartz, counter tops in our kitchen. I would rate Davis' showroom, their product selection and sales staff as excellent. In contrast---and unfortunately---Davis' installers were not up to par. That, in combination with Davis' relative high price, resulted in a job which turned out to be less than stellar. What was most disappointing was that once we had paid the bill, Davis was not at all responsive to us----this, despite several communications by us endeavoring to resolve our dissatisfaction. I do not recommend Davis Kitchens for remodeling work. read more

After running the many competitors I was thrilled when I spoke with them on the phone about a very specific high-end countertop that we were set on, very professional and responsive. When I got the quote I was shocked that the cost was almost double of most and at least 25% above the rest. This is our second time working with Davis Kitchens. They installed new cabinets in a rental for us several years ago. We were absolutely delighted with the products we chose as well as the installation. Now that it is time for our 40 year old kitchen to be replaced, we returned to Davis. Our designer, Michelle, was a great help. Frank delivered and unboxed cabinets with a helper on Monday. What a tough job that is! Thank you to both men for being such professionals at the end of your very long day. Rick, our installer, did an amazing job. Not only did he install the cabinets perfectly, he offered a few suggestions - things we would not have thought of. A few end pieces did not arrive with our order. I just had part of my very small bathroom cabinet remodel installed. The designer ( Anne ) did an incomplete job in designing the sink cabinet to the point where I had to have the installer cut out the whole side of the cabinet so that the plumber could get to the pipes to plumb the sink. The installer (who I understood to be their number one installer) cut the baseboards short so that they do not meet up to the base cabinet. He drilled the holes for the drawer pulls in the wrong place and now has to order all new drawer faces. I have been told that the counter top will take a week to show up and be installed once the guy comes to take the final measurements. Supposed to be tomorrow or the next day. Stay tuned. The price for the two base cabinets and a quartzite counter top (which was a remnant in their yard from another job was $3,700.00 installed. To say I got hosed is an understatement. Do not use this company. At the very least they are very inconsistent in their work and customer service based on the reviews that I have read. read more

We were lied to regarding how long the project would take. Got the cabinets and they are beautiful and installers were great. But, they installed the wrong crown molding but since we had company coming, decided to not change it. However, they did not send enough molding and we are still waiting on that. Granite is beautiful and cutter and installers did a great job. Then, we received in the mail a 20 day preliminary notice of lien. We paid the amounts Davis Kitchens wanted, on the dates they specified for the amounts specified. All checks cashed with no issue. Then we received the preliminary notice of lien. We are furious. We had to deal with Davis Kitchen to get that removed. We do NOT recommend doing business with Davis Kitchen unless you want these issue. We are furious. read more

Their customer service is very poor. Although a staff member came to my house to measure our kitchen and bathrooms for future cabinets, she lost the bathroom measurements. We then met with her at Davis Kitchens on 6-9-18 to discuss our kitchen/bathroom plans in detail. After a few email communications, I finally asked on 6-26-18 how much longer it would be for an estimate. I was informed that she is spread "kind of thin" and would try to have something for me by the next day. Well, today is 7-2-18 (24 days since 6-9-18) and I still do not have an estimate. I am going to buy my cabinets at Lowe's now as they provided a very reasonable estimate in a timely manner. read more

We hired Carol Bradley from Davis Kitchens to help us redo our kitchen and bathroom fixtures. She was great. She analyzed the space in our house and spent the time discussing how we use it. We have a tiny kitchen space and she literally helped us double the counter and cabinet space by making smart choices. Not only does it look more modern, but it also is soooo much more functional and practical. She suggested drawers where our cabinets used to hit the dishwasher, doubled the width of the island to get a whole extra set of cabinets on the other side, added a garbage cady and extra counter/cabinets over it... and suggested the self-closing mechanism which is awesome. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Carol Bradley! She is amazing. read more

We needed a "freshening up" of our kitchen....new granite, some custom cabinets, crown moulding and a larger kitchen island. Kim Labriola was our designer and she couldn't have been more helpful. She is a very patient person, very accommodating and really knows her design job. Rick was helpful and had some good suggestions for us. We have been working with Jennifer Mareks at Davis Kitchens for close to a year in the planning of our kitchen remodel. We visited five showrooms and got five separate estimates. Davis was not the lowest, but Jennifer was the most thorough and the most patient. The caliber of our designer was head and shoulders above all of the other showrooms. She paid great attention to every little detail. They came out in the middle price wise, but delivered more than any of the other competitors. read more

I have remodedled several homes. I 've worked with good, bad and horrible. Davis falls into the horrible category. we worked with a "designer" named Sandy. Talk about in over her head. I'm no expert, but she didnt know the basics about structure or design. Not only did she not know, she refused the help of what seemed like a knowledgeable person. Davis used to be able to do decent tract, or cookie cutter work. Now that doesnt even seem possible. I met with this person a few times, and each meeting was worse than the last. We did ask to work with the other designer (who seemed to know what she was talking about), We were told that once you were assigned to a designer that was it. Also, the showroom is a joke. Its a kitchen company, only half of the showroom is finished. Lots of "coming soon". Items. After all of this, we found out that our neighbor has been trying to get her kitchen done for over a year.
