Sam came to our home on 2-4-2026. He wanted to make sure my husband and myself were home. When he got here he started in on a lengthly dissertation of his company. We finally stopped him because we only wanted a bid on replacing our tub with a walk-in shower! My husband had to leave for a previous engagement. Sam wanted to reschedule as he insisted that we both be there. I finally told him I would be making the decision on the color and such as my husband left those decisions up to me. That seemed to take him back. Anyway, for a simple job he gave us a quote of over $14,000.00! This isn't a tile job, but 3 panels and floor pan! I had the impression he didn't t want to work with women. It made me feel I was to dumb to make those decisions. Taz and Rick did a great job for us. The finished shower looks great. We had the entire bathroom ripped out and replaced with new toilet, sink and cabinet, medicine cabinet, painted the walls, installed new light fixture and replaced flooring. It was the 2nd remodel Rebath did for us. read more

Frankly, we paid $40k for this to be a low stress project done with quality products and installed with at least the level of care that I would have put into doing it myself. I feel cheated on every one of those points, and I am not amused. After 2 attempts the end result is still not the level of quality that we are paying for. If there were a way to go back and undo this decision I absolutely would. The fit and finish of everything is just terrible, despite Damion putting in a real effort. The materials are just crap and the end result is a mess. We contacted Rebath in February 2022, and after an in-home consultation agreed to pay $41,229 to have the shower, floor, toilet, and vanity replaced in 1 5x7 ft bathroom, and just the toilet and tub w/surround replaced in another. Our renovation began on April 4th and was scheduled to take 8 days, with the installer arriving between 8-10 every weekday morning. Despite some setbacks, the bathrooms were both "finished" on time, with the exception of the glass shower door. We were not informed beforehand that it needed to be custom ordered after install had begun, and would be ready in approximately 2-4 weeks. That being said, the "finished" product was so bad that after Rebath came to inspect our complaints, everything but the toilets and flooring needed to be ripped out and replaced. The labeled "First attempt" pictures show these issues, which were all found by us after the installer had finished and given us our house key back. Rebath was happy to try again to fix all of the major issues, including: Large cracks in the tub skirt (3" and 10"), there were more than 12 scratches in and along the tub edge, brown grout was used instead of gray for tile repairs, there was a small drill hole in the shower pan, the bottom edge of the shower surround (where it meets the pan) was cut freehand and left scalloped gaps along the edges, caulk/grout/wall texture were heavily smeared everywhere,and the caulk lines were extremely sloppy throughout. I felt it was important to show just how absolutely careless the first attempt was for the simple fact that, despite assuring us that that installer would not be back, they tried to schedule him for the second attempt anyway without telling us. I found this out by accident while messaging Vickie, about yet another bathroom issue,1 week before the second attempt was scheduled to start. They did this specifically because they could schedule less time for the project because he was already familiar with the bathrooms. After I explained that that was not acceptable, he was quickly replaced, but the start date was moved up 2 days to compensate. While the installers for the second attempt were very nice and the project was again completed on time, the end result is still marred by the use of cheap materials installed in a sloppily rushed way. Though the list of our final grievances, after the second attempt, is much shorter and the bathrooms are fully usable, the end result was not at all up to the standard of workmanship and quality that we were promised. A complaint has been made with Lowe's (and a scathing review left on NextDoor) about sexist practices by ReBath. Some nomenclature, because a lot of people on ND were confused: A Bid -- A NONBINDING estimate for cost of work. No signatures are required, and there is no expectation on the part of the end user or the company regarding a bid. A Contract -- A BINDING agreement that work will be performed and money will be paid. I was denied an appointment for a BID because my husband wasn't going to be home with me to receive ReBath. When I said he is NEVER home with me when I receive bids, they said that is their "policy" -- both homeowners need to be home to listen to their schtick. But no, we don't -- it's never been that way in the past with any other company. Because magnitudes more women stay at home than men, and there is nothing binding in a bid, this is a mind blowing sexist policy. They lost our work, and I contacted Lowe's, whose management was appalled and will be looking into this. read more

We used them to re-do our master bath because we were on a time crunch. I wouldn't use them again. The guys were fast, but the work was sloppy and they left paint on the ceiling. The plasticky shower surround wasn't worth the price, and TBH, I was just very dissatisfied. I didn't follow up with them regarding my experience because I had a baby at the time. I can't say I'd use them again or recommend them. They're generally VERY overpriced and used pretty unskilled workers for the cost. The workers were very neat and respectful of our home. They didn't leave a huge mess, but we also had to follow up with them 2-3 times to get them to clean up the caulk and whatever blue smudges they made installing the new surround --they didn't get it all and ended up leaving smudges on the wall and ceiling, which ended up being okay because we painted the bathroom, but ugh. They also refused to re-use our BRAND NEW SHOWER DOORS. We asked them if they could at least verify that the new surround would fit the doors and they said yes. It didn't, I ended up paying about $600 to replace the glass panel to make the door fit and get it reinstalled. After over $6K for just a shower, it was just beyond the pale. Contractors all have horror stories, but I really wouldn't use them again. It wasn't horrible and at least the plumbing work was well-done, but their prices are just for convenience, not quality. I went to the Home Show Saturday to discuss a shower/tub removal and walk in shower installation. Filled out the form, got an appointment for Tuesday. Customer rep just called to confirm. Yes. She asked how long I've been in my home. For a home consultation? That's poor customer service. Public records are available and the salesman could have small talk on that topic. So I was not given another appointment date that she struggled to find before I said this is not the company that wants my business. Called to schedule a free estimate, the technician was prompt professional, and friendly. Asked for three quotes update two bathrooms, update one bathroom and a simple tub and shower surround replacement. Spent a significant amount of time looking at the job which was good. Quotes came out at $45,000 for the two small bathrooms, $22,000 for the shower/tub enclosures, or $12,000 for the single tub and shower replacement. A good replacement for this can be bought at Lowes for between $1,200 and $1,500 - so the other 10 grand is labor... Feel free to have them come out if you want to overpay. Next... read more

Well I received a phone call the same day I requested an appointment, the requirement to have myself my wife and my mother at the appointment is ridiculous. As I own the house and will be approving and paying for the project, I do not see it necessary during this current pandemic to require people to travel and expose them in a face-to-face situation because it is merely your company policy. I wanted a redo of 2 bathrooms in my newly purchased home. The appointment was set a week in advance with my husband and I present in their showroom. The sales man arrived and and said my husband must be present. I said this must be illegal. As a retired professional I have never encountered such overt male chauvinism. I had one consultation with a representative from this company. He was polite, timely, listened to my request and took some measurements. My husband was unable to come to our appointment and he said that he would do a design and set a follow up appointment. When the scheduler called to set the follow up appointment she said that they could only set the appointment if my husband could attend too. I'm it's 2021 folks, I don't need my husband there to make a decision. After repeatedly redirecting her that I could not guarantee my husband would attend she declined to set the inhome appointment and offered that we could BOTH come in the show room for an appointment to view the options. Rebath advertises free in home consulting. On 8/14/21, Rebath (Tucson location), called to schedule this for me. After explaining what I was needing in my bathroom, she scheduled me. Then she asked if my husband would be there. I said I wasn't sure. She said he had to be there so the consultant could show us all the products. I explained that he does not get involved with home improvements and therefore is not interested in looking at their products. Rebath said it was their policy that both husband and wife had to be there to look at their products. I could hardly believe what she was telling me. I explained that I would be the person paying for this improvement. She said that it didn't matter and that she would have to cancel the appointment if he wasn't there. By this time I was getting pretty upset. I asked her what if I was single and didn't have a husband? I asked that Rebath would rather lose my business as a paying customer then meet with me without my husband. Again she stated that was their policy and said she would have to cancel the appointment. I have never has a business tell me they do not want my business without needing a husband there with me. And I would be shocked if such a policy actually existed since there a millions of people in the nation that are not married. I am also guessing that if my husband had called they would not have required his wife to be there. I called this company and set up an appointment on a Monday for an estimate. They left me a voicemail late Friday or Saturday reminding me of the appointment and asking me to call them on Monday. I spoke to the same individual on Monday that I had made the appointment with and adjusted the appointment time by a half-hour. I confirmed the appointment. No one showed up at the appointed time (5:30pm) or called to reschedule. I called the office the next day, again talked to the same person I had talked to twice before and he had the gall to tell me that no one showed up because I had not confirmed the appointment. They called us weeks after we had requested an estimate, and the day before our appointment, they rescheduled for the evening because the guy couldn't make the original time. The guy who showed up already knew what he wanted to do and did not seem interested in what we wanted to do, which included keeping half our bathroom the way it is. He was at our house for over an hour and then said he didn't want to stay to work out a plan (He said it would take another three hours...why?) and that he'd call us and come over later that week. Already this was disconcerting because we blocked out a Saturday evening for this and were walking away with nothing. But we decided to wait a couple days if we had to. This was three weeks ago. In June 2022, we had our master bathroom renovated. We have had this house for 12+ years. In April, 2022 when our sales person came to our home, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything to us. We selected our products, signed the contract and he said he would "pop in" during the remodel to see how the work was going (he never did). Our remodel was scheduled to begin on Monday June 6, 2022 and would take 4-5 days to complete. The project started on time and was completed by Friday the 10th of June. Our sales person never showed up. He said he would do a final "walk through" on the last day, but he never did. Fast forward 3 months. It is now September 2022; we are noticing that the spout in the sink is getting corroded; odd, since we have had a water softener system in place for 10 years! Also, the hot water spigot is loose. In addition, the hot and cold water handles have to be pushed wayyyy back in order to stop the water flow. In late September, I called Re-Bath to inform them of the issues. They took 2 days to return my call. I explained to them the problems we are having. The woman I spoke to said she would check on it for me. 3 days later, I received a phone call. Parts have been ordered and they should have an ETA in the next few days. We said fine. We now expected a phone call during the week of Oct 3, 2022. Alas! No phone call!. We were out of town the week of October 10th through the 14th. We expected a phone call while we were out of town, but again, disappointment. No parts, no phone calls! It is now Tuesday October 25th. I will never give my business to this company and will warn everyone else I know about them too. Seriously outrageous pricing and rude, high pressure sales tactics. Long story short, I was quoted $24,000 for a project that could probably be done for just 20% of that!! I should have been tipped off when the first thing the fast talking guy on the phone asked me was whether I was married and if the other person would be there. None of your business. The sales rep showed up the next day on time. He promptly started asking personal questions which had nothing to do with the bathroom remodel (I believe he was sizing me up), so I asked if we could just stick to the business at hand and cut the crap. He also gave us a list containing what he claimed were six happy customers. He wanted us to call each one while he measured and ask them about their experiences. He said he would take $50 off for each person we called for a total of $300 off. I did not call these people, and I believe this tactic is asinine. He measured the bathroom, compiled some info in his car, and then sat with us in the dining room to start going over things. By this point, it had probably been at least 25 minutes, but we still didn't get down to business. I then had to sit through a very tedious 20-minute slideshow presentation about how they do business, why they're better, why everyone else is not good, why going with a lower bidder isn't smart... etc. I asked several times if we could skip this and look at materials and start the estimate because my time was limited. His absurd response was, "I don't go to where you work and tell you how to do your job." We finally get through all this crap so I can start explaining what I want done. I also got to see the materials. I wasn't particularly impressed with what they had, but I picked the most acceptable items. Finally, we get to the end. $24,000!!! $24,000 for a simple shower re-do and a new, standard-sized vanity with two sinks. That's criminal, and the company should be ashamed! They weren't even high-end materials! He also told me he could not provide me with an itemized list of everything, but was able to tell me that the shower portion was just under $15 grand meaning they were charging me well over $8 grand for just a new vanity and sinks! To top it off, he started trying to switch me to financing and said if we signed up now and paid, they could start at the end of July (almost two months from now). I feel sorry for the people this company rips off, but I'm thankful I am not one of them. They will never get my business! read more

Pros: they built us exactly what we wanted with regard to a master shower tear out and rebuild from the ground up. This included a level floor with the bathroom tile to replace prior 8 inch step down. We had a bad experience 15 years ago with a contractor and low quality "cultured marble" in this same shower so wanted to be careful this time. I appreciated that the ReBath installers made every effort to accommodate changes as installation proceeded. The workmanship was excellent and the workers took pride in the installation, even redoing some steps like getting the shower pan and tiling to be perfect for drainage and looks. We chose high end finishes like one piece door to ceiling marble panels and high quality glass door and glass panel. It looks great and still looks great a year later. Cons: high pressure in-home sales pitch was a turn off and time consuming. I was shocked by the price and feel it was 50% too high. We paid $15K and think a fair price would have been $10K. I am a bit conflicted between the price and product in that I really like the result but feel somewhat ripped off. Know it will be very expensive.... read more

This review is about a year maybe two to late. My wife and I have been fed up with our kitchen situation... we couldn't find someone to remodel it the way we wanted. So we decided that if we can't have our kitchen, let's do the bathroom. So I looked in the phone booth and I saw the re-bath and o thought you know let's give it a shot. I've never had someone come into my home and tell me what I can and can't do.. this was no exception. My sales clerk consultant person was named Ramon. I know this because my uncles name is Ramon as well. He came to our house and already had a thought for my bathroom in mind and the wife didn't seem to happy about it. We were spit balling ideas back and forth and then came the monetary amount.... basically how much do you have to spend. Which our reply was "we want this done, but we aren't in a huge hurry." "If the price is right we can move on it today." But the problem was that Ramon couldn't give us any type of amount that this might be. It almost seemed like even though we were still getting estimates from re-bath and others we still haven't decided what route we wanted to take. Ramon took pictures, took measurements and got all of our info...... and NEVER RETURNED. We waited for him to call back. I live by a strict motto... if I see I'm gonna call you back, I will. I should not have to go out of my way to call you so you can call me. Well either way. no new bathroom. No phone call and it left a bad taste in my mouth to now I will most likely either do it my self or call my wife's father do do the job for me. That is all. read more

About 15 months ago, we had our tub removed and a walk in shower built. Nice job good product. Joel was our install guy. About a month ago, we noticed that water was not draining properly. A tech was sent out and a report done. Corporate did a review and said it is a warranty issue and will be resolved. It was. We get to use it tomorrow. Joel was again our installer. He was polite and professional. He did most of the demo and install alone. I would hope that if there is another issue, he would be the person to take care of the problem. read more
