Oh my goodness! We found fountains and more. To be honest we were thinking fountain and a few plants but once we walked around my guy got other ideas. There are fountains in all sizes, colors and materials and price points. Windchimes, Mexican potterty and wall art. And the metal art pieces! I fell in love with the metal javelinas.. I want one! Purchased and paid for fountain with delivery and installation in December 2022. Fountain arrived on 19 April 2023 and immediately upon install water was not flowing properly (see pictures) so I contacted the company and left information on 4/23 to figure out path forward. They came out 5/2 and didn't fix, called again 5/16, called again 5/27 and still no assistance for a clearly poor install! On 6/6 the fountain finally collapsed so I called AGAIN and this time someone would be out to assess the damage on 6/7. The solution to this problem was for us to pay a "discounted" rate of $900 to fix because, "clearly a 200lb man was hanging on it." I am shocked they are trying to blame this ordeal on us and get more money to fix a problem that was clearly pointed out to them multiple times. The customer service has been extremely unhelpful with terrible turn around time. Do yourself a favor and run from this dishonest company! read more

Great selection and service! The real star was the delivery process. Andrew was amazing. We had two fountains delivered and expertly set up by Andrew and his crew. The delivery was very challenging. A mile and a half on a dirt road across three washes, and up our steep driveway with limited access to the area where we wanted the largest of the two fountains. Andrew figured out how to make the install work and the fountain looks fantastic. Knowledgeable, courteous, and informative, Andrew kept us informed on every aspect of the install. After many years the pump in my backyard fountain failed. I drove to Zona Fountains for a replacement pump. It was my bad luck that the same pump is no longer available. Zona did not have a suitable replacement in stock. The manager took it on himself to call a close by venue and they had pumps available. I drove to the new location in 5 minutes and in another 5 minutes I was out the door new pump in hand. If it wasn't for the Zona manager I would have spent a ton of time searching the net for a replacement. Thats what I call great customer service. read more

Zona is a great fountain shop. They have many styles to choose from and you can order in the color you want if you plan a few weeks ahead. I ordered one style and then changed my mind and they honored that change easily. We recently ordered a replacement fountain for our old crumbling beast. The customer service guy helped us work through a number of different alternatives before we arrived at a solution that would not break the bank. When they came out to install it, the base was too small to fit the supply hose. It took another week to cast a new base. The tech doing the install admitted that the guy specing out the unit should have asked that question. The install went smoothly, they did a great job making sure the bowls were leveled and positioned properly. They took a long time to get the old unit out, but they had to saw it out. Glad they were doing this job and not me. Not too many alternatives in town, so we will continue to go there for supplies or new fountains, and we'll know better next time to ask a few more questions. It looks great and sounds perfect for our patio. It is an extremely heavy cast stone fountain. Accidents happen. During delivery/installation, our travertine was scratched. Richard, the owner of Zona was on it. The next day, he sent a skilled craftsman who meticulously buffed out the scratches. It looks perfect. No problem! They sent someone out promptly to make the adjustment...no charge. Great customer service which is a rare find. Highly recommend. read more

Had a Zona fountain installed about 14 months ago. In the first 6 months, the led lighting system failed. Called Zona nd no return call, after several calls, they responded that the product was no longer under warranty and had expired last week. I told them that i had called and was waiting for a call back and they said they never received the call and that it was no longer under warranty. So i gave in and ordered new LED lights for the unit. 4 months later they failed, cost was over $200 for the lights and i had to pay for installation of new lights. Called Zona and they said, sorry, but the manufaturer states no warranty on the product, not what the Zona rep told me when they installed it. They said they can get new ones, but prices have gone up. Heads up, ask a lot of questions about customer service, warranty periods and confirm installation times and then get it in writing. Pretty disappointed with a company that may not stand behind the products they sell. read more

Fantastic selection of fountains - we had to narrow it down because there were easily five different fountains we liked. The people who work there are really nice too. We ended up getting a pretty expensive fountain - over $1,000. It looks really good in the space so it was worth the cost. We were very disappointed that the installation was so expensive. It's calculated as 1/3 of the cost of the fountain. A flat rate would have been much more palatable. This fountain was not hard to install - took about 30 minutes - and paying $350 for that left a bad feeling for us. We still love the fountain though and eventually we will forget that we feel we overpaid for the installation. read more

My mom and I stopped by so she could look at pumps. She has a hydroponic tank where the top grows cute little plants and showcases the fish. What a great product! What a horror to find parts for! Zona Fountains had a pump that worked. The dude working there was super patient and pretty funny when checking to see what would work for my mom. Walking around the indoor part of Zona I got to see tons of great garden and patio items and of course the fountains are beautiful. They had a decent amount of Mexican Talavera items like birdbaths, parrots and pottery along with some nice wind chimes. If you're looking for gifts for a garden lover don't overlook Zona because they have a lot more than just fountain stuff. read more

On our way back to Phoenix we just happened to stumble over this pottery and fountain shop. There was a variety of metal sculptures, pots, and of course fountains. We actually stopped just to check out the pots, but ended up with a nice fountain and a pot. Tara was helpful and friendly. She made sure we had everything needed to set up the fountain once we got home. The guys loaded the fountain and wrapped it with burlap to make sure it wouldn't break. Purchased a $2000 fountain. It was installed promptly, however they only installed a 9 foot cord when it needed a 12 foot cord (cord plugs in but angles up 12-15 inches from wall). Also didn't provide a 2nd pint of stain as agreed with manager. Went back to store and manager told me that i needed to buy a 12 foot extension cord and that with the discount he provided me he realized he shouldn't have agreed to a 2nd can of $10 paint. Manager refused to try to help resolve the issue. Must have said to me at least 10 times "I don't know what to tell you". Told him I would expect at least an apology and some effort to provide customer satisfaction.....to which he said "I don't know what to tell you". Asked another employee to have the owner call me to discuss however haven't heard a thing! Would not buy from this company! read more

Very friendly and helpful when I bought the fountain last year. When part of the fountain failed after 6 months, it was very different. No help whatsoever. Turns out supplier is lousy and they stopped dealing with them so I'm screwed. They weren't willing to do ANYTHING to help. NOTHING. This place is horrible. Any business owner that responds with "take me to small claims court" is weird in my book. I didn't mention anything about going to court and all I said was that I wanted to cancel an order and told him why. He said he wouldn't give money back and I explained why I thought I should not take the order. He then simply said " take me to small claims court".....after that he said he would charge me a restocking fee because he didn't want something on his lot that strange people had ordered....... Maybe if he trained his staff he wouldn't have to have silly conversations. He sales guy told us that we could change the color if we didn't like the one that was currently in the lot. He said the have several colors to chose from and gave us a choice . We went home decided to go with a whitish color and called them. They said it would be on the next truck at the beginning of July. We stopped by in 6 July and were told by the sales guy that he had no idea if it was orders and he assumed we were getting the one on the lot. We said no and he said he would call us later that Day and let us know. No phone call. Two weeks passes and we decide to cancel. I called the owner and his is when we had the conversation. Ordering a stock color and stock size doesn't seem to me to be a special order. Richard, the owner, said it "obviously is a special order. You ordered it and it makes it special. We don't give money back on special orders".....oh well, we will never recommend this place to anyone, ever, simply because the owners is a belittling, arrogant, condescending, jerk. read more

Couldn't be happier. Recently I bought a fountain and had it installed. A month later I noticed a problem which was due to a manufacturers defect. Contacted the store and after looking at it, they agreed it was a manufacturer problem and promptly replaced the fountain. Great customer service. I whole heartedly recommend Zona Fountains. read more
