Then, holding me responsible for not getting that proper documentation and sending me notification of having to pay a bill that the insurance was supposed to have approved per all the text you sent me, which is the only reason I said OK. However, I'm still left in my predicament because my home is gutted, I'm still having to deal with the horrible insurance company. My choice of insurance companies is not anyone's fault but my own; however, I would rather have a place to live in a pot to pee in rather than me stuck homeless like I'm gonna be and I do fully blame this company for being in my situation. Thank God, I was able to stop their lawsuit since I was able to get WSOC TV channel 9's investigative reporter to help me in getting those funds for Paul Davis since their employees don't know how to get appropriate documentation prior to gutting someone's home, or at least my home! I will be getting my storage out of their control as soon as possible. Through this, I learned that they we're going to have me pay to have my storage returned to me, but didn't bother to let me know. It had already been paid for them to bring my storage to me or so it appears in the estimates I read through after educating myself extensively on this entire process.
