For highly paid professionals, patients deserve better attention, compassion, and accountability. I feel the same way about Riverside Community Hospital -- the star ratings and other reviews seem to reflect similar concerns. Today, however, I was seen by a Pain Management Fellow under the supervision of a senior specialist. I want to recognize the Fellow for being professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to listen and showed real care. That is what patients expect and deserve. I only hope more physicians -- especially those supervising -- demonstrate the same level of professionalism and compassion. Please continue supporting doctors who truly care about their patients.

(The new glass building) self park structures take a bit of a walk. There's two I used the lot on the south side of the hospital off Barton Rd and Anderson st. It's across the street off Barton. Multi level covered structure. Take the elevator or stairs to the bridge level, walk across the bridge. Then take elevators or stairs back down to ground level. It'll bring you in between buildings. The adult hospital will be on the right hand side. Gift shop will be at this entrance, follow the hall straight to the front check in area. You'll obtain a wristband to pass thru security desk. Just behind security are the elevators. To the left of the security desk is the cafeteria. All staff were very kind and helpful. While I was wandering around looking for the correct entrance a lovely staff assisted me and continued to walk me in the right direction. Over and beyond helpful always brings an extra comfort when family members are undergoing surgery or recovering. The quality of service here exceeded expectation.

I called 40 minutes prior to scheduled needed pick up time . The establishment called me and said they would put together a billing statement and text it to me and arrange the transportation if i wanted to accept the contract price . I got the pricing and it was $10 . More than the previous quote from the other provider given so ' i accepted and set up the transportation. The van used looked new and was clean and fully equipped with the latest wheelchair and gurney equipment. The driver was friendly and talkative ' and helped move my mother from the care center into the van and upon arrival helped her into the medical center for her appt ..( was told to call him once done for pick up and return to her homecare center ) after appt ..called driver ' 5 mins later van pulls up and the return trip was provided. Paying the statement through the square app was instant with a texted invoice for records. . Im not saying priority rounds * can accommodate you 40 mins before an appointment but they came through for my mother and the service and driver where great. I recommend Priority Rounds * for any Non emergency transportation

She also told me that my chart indicated i had an illness, when i went home and checked my digital chart it said nothing on about that.
