(The new glass building) self park structures take a bit of a walk. There's two I used the lot on the south side of the hospital off Barton Rd and Anderson st. It's across the street off Barton. Multi level covered structure. Take the elevator or stairs to the bridge level, walk across the bridge. Then take elevators or stairs back down to ground level. It'll bring you in between buildings. The adult hospital will be on the right hand side. Gift shop will be at this entrance, follow the hall straight to the front check in area. You'll obtain a wristband to pass thru security desk. Just behind security are the elevators. To the left of the security desk is the cafeteria. All staff were very kind and helpful. While I was wandering around looking for the correct entrance a lovely staff assisted me and continued to walk me in the right direction. Over and beyond helpful always brings an extra comfort when family members are undergoing surgery or recovering. The quality of service here exceeded expectation.

I am only here because of the exceptional staff and care at Home Dialysis Therapies. From the moment I was told dialysis needed to happen, through the training and management of home peritoneal dialysis and eventually home hemodialysis and throughout the transplant listing and matching - HDT took my care and training personally, and that of my husband, who is my caregiver. We were able to feel confident and supported at every step of this difficult journey - with staff available 24/7 for questions and encouragement. They started as my medical team but are now considered dear friends. HDT's doctors, nurses, social workers, nutritionists and support staff operate at the highest standards of professionalism and expertise - wonderful, but the big difference is the intensely personal investment they make in each patient, curating care to make sure we are well prepared to walk each step of the dialysis journey with confidence. I called 40 minutes prior to scheduled needed pick up time . The establishment called me and said they would put together a billing statement and text it to me and arrange the transportation if i wanted to accept the contract price . I got the pricing and it was $10 . More than the previous quote from the other provider given so ' i accepted and set up the transportation. The van used looked new and was clean and fully equipped with the latest wheelchair and gurney equipment. The driver was friendly and talkative ' and helped move my mother from the care center into the van and upon arrival helped her into the medical center for her appt ..( was told to call him once done for pick up and return to her homecare center ) after appt ..called driver ' 5 mins later van pulls up and the return trip was provided. Paying the statement through the square app was instant with a texted invoice for records. . Im not saying priority rounds * can accommodate you 40 mins before an appointment but they came through for my mother and the service and driver where great. Hopefully, somebody calls you back. Outdated from April of 2026 talking about their closure dates in April. The office recording says she can't answer the phone because she's busy on the phone with other people. Yet every time we go to that office, the front desk receptionist does not appear to be that busy or on the phone. I have probably called that office 15 times in the last year and a half, and every time you get the phone recording. Nobody answers their phone. While I hate that I have to give Dr. Blakely four stars instead of five, her office staff is also a reflection on her.
