Send me home then I keep getting worse. Now everytime I go to any hospital it's the same thing. . Now I'm really sick and they still say they can't do anything for me

Though the staff at this dialysis center is great, I can't give this center any recommendation…read morewhatsoever because the nephrologist are so negligent. Their office will not let you speak to them without an appointment, and generally makes it impossible to get in contact with them with any matters they don't consider to be a dire emergency. Notes asking for anything, such as to approve the use of any medications, are completely ignored unless you pester them repeatedly- and nothing will get done in a timely manner. They allowed my father to go four days without dialysis when his fistula was clogged instead of having anyone work on a weekend, and gave him medications to shed potassium without checking if he was healthy enough to withstand it. Ultimately the complications which related to all these things contributed to his death. There is no other dialysis center in town, but please don't make the same mistakes we did. If you have to go here you have to educate yourself on you or your loved one's care. Please do not rely on these doctors.

You always get a Care Team to help you navigate through any questions or concerns. For the first time I am being admitted to the hospital with Pneumonia. I have no idea how I caught it but happy Kaiser is able to help with working towards the cure. Everyone has their opinion but to be so large with all of its technology to help with treatment options, I'm glad to be a Kaiser beneficiary.

Now an access center said it's not a viable fistula anymore. All of this in 2 weeks. These Pd nurse may claim that they work in center, DON'T TRUST THEM, ESPECIALLY AT RAI CARE CENTER. Immediately after the access center sent me home, I called myPD nurse and complained. She called the doctor and said for me to see him, Dr Vu, five days later! What is it that I have to wait 5 days that he couldn't tell me then.
