This clinic does not prioritize patient care it appears to prioritize money instead. I came in with clear symptoms of an infection expecting basic medical evaluation and treatment. Instead, I was met by a doctor (a tall woman who refused to provide her name) who was aggressive and unprofessional. My concerns were not taken seriously, and I was not properly evaluated or treated. Instead of addressing my symptoms, she repeatedly attempted to push unrelated services, which made the visit feel more like a sales pitch than a medical appointment. Refusing to appropriately evaluate and treat a patient presenting with clear symptoms comes in way below the standard of care and raises serious concerns about patient safety and professional conduct. I left without receiving the care I needed for what should have been a straightforward issue. Patients deserve to be heard, respected, and properly treated this experience failed on all three. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Medical Board of California so this incident is documented and reviewed. read more

My Niece came to see a Dr for physical clearance, had a form to be filled..she was seen by a PA,and she also had an xray as well for TB clearance. We were asked to pick up the xray results and the filled form in 6-8 days. I requested to be expedited but was told itsnot possible. I paid some exorbitant amount for the consultation, firm filling and xray. I called 2 days before I went to pick up and was told everything would be ready. Worst clinic! I went here since it was local, but it was the worst decision I've ever made. I asked for a prescription instead of buying their overpriced medication. Several hours passed, and the prescription never got sent. So I called and spoke with Esmeralda. She told me they send all their prescriptions at the end of the day. She also said I can just pick it up the next day. She also tried to tell me after she JUST told me prescriptions get sent at the end of the day that mine supposedly "already got sent". If I went today, it's because I needed medication the same day, not the next day! Update on review it's been 24 hours since my visit and my pharmacy still hasn't received prescription authorization. I called the clinic just to have Esmeralda try to argue with me. This place is a joke! Would never go or recommend to anyone! read more

Came here for the first time because I was feeling pretty bad. I literally had body ache , had a fever and headache with a congestive chest. All those symptoms were driving me crazy and I though about coming to this clinic because I know they give you some good antibiotics instead of me going to see my doctor and at the end of the visit I get ibuprofens or Tylenol which help me but not as efficient and getting a antibiotic shot. I visited this clinic on December 18, 2025, with my 2-year-old son. Unfortunately, our experience was very upsetting. A nurse named Stephanie handled my child in a way I felt was aggressive and inappropriate. I verbally asked her to stop and physically moved her hand away, but she continued to grab my son, which caused him distress and crying. As a parent, it was alarming to have my concerns and boundaries ignored. I hope the clinic addresses this to ensure children are treated gently and that parents' concerns are respected. I have notified the board of nursing because this is very unacceptable. I am a mother of multiple children & let me tell you, this place makes you feel like it's a sin to have kids. I like coming here for the doctors but I can't take it anymore with the staff. Its always this older Hispanic male overweight medical assistant or this older Hispanic overweight female medical assistant. They always are too damn nosey & say inappropriate things. Like "oh wow, why did you have so kids, thats way too many". I have even shown up with literally 1 kid & still they make comments. Like "oh your here all by yourself , no help huh, so sad? Yeah my husband is at home with the others so I can focus on the one kid thats sick! Why do you care? Just do your job, thats what they pay you for. They even go as far as, "wow, your kid is sick & you haven't taken him to see a doctor?" Like, duh! That's why I'm here? Horrible staff. Very unwelcoming!!! read more

Called ahead before we drove almost an hour here to be told they are no longer taking patients. We were told they close at 6pm we were in the door at 5:38pm. We seen the patient sign in list the last patient signed in at 5:37pm. They should give that information over the phone they close at 6pm but will stop seeing patients based on volume. Last time I was there I had gone in for some sciatica pain in my leg. I checked in and asked what was the wait time. I was told I had to wait for three patients ahead of me. No one called us or seem to be leaving (previous patients). Got up and asked what was the wait time. the receptionist mentioned at least 1 hr. the hour passed and she's all like the doctor is out for lunch. l left and asked her to keep up on the list and to call us. When we got back we checked in again and had been told we wouldn't lose or place In line. we asked for the new wait time. I'm so sorry we have a last min staff meeting. Idk how long it will take. I just hope they have better and more transparent communication clinical and patients. It's kinda pricey consultation and if you buy medicine on the spot, or if you need to pay for any x-rays out of pocket. If you have some form of health insurance ask them to send any prescription to your pharmacy. read more

Shouldn't a business stay opened until the business hours it has on the web? Well on Sundays they close @3pm but they stop accepting patients before 2pm, I don't think they should do that. It's a good clinic but what they do of not accepting patients until closing time is not right in my opinion. read more

Brought my husband here last month on an emergency. The ER was a long wait, but it was very busy that evening. Once we got in, the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. He ended going in for emergency surgery and the nurses took very good care of him. Very professional and very nice. I can honestly say that every one of his nurses were 5 stars. Lea, Thoa, Hector and CeCe we want to sincerely thank you for taking such good care of us. The doctors were great too. Very informative and helpful. It was a bad situation but with the care of the staff at San Antonio Hospital made it a lot better. We are very grateful to all of you that work there. read more
