Inside still contain residue, grease, and soap stain towards the side, to the back, and top as well inside the rubber of the oven door so I am unsatisfied with that add on service. For in general with living space, kitchen area, counter tops, windws, ceilin fans, bedroom, closet, bathroom and shower, I was blown away. I did leave some cleaning supplies to help with the clean like toilet brush, some additional trash bags, and paper towel. I even provided a scrubb daddy but they mistakenly took my scrubb daddy. They did clean around the area but as soon as I lifted the dog bed(where the plant fell), there was dirt all over the floor. Now that should've been my sign to never book with them again, but I decided to give them another chance. The second "deep clean", I felt like they could've done a better job, but the service was done and I just don't think it was worth it and I could have done the same job myself FOR FREE. The kitchen counters were still dirty, the house looked like they barely wiped down at all. This last time that I booked with them, I booked my appointment for 9 AM. I am going to insert screenshots of the response that I received from whoever is responsible for talking with customers. This was a very unprofessional way to respond despite them being late. They were 50 min late, there was no apology or thank you for your patience, nothing. I felt like it was extremely unprofessional, rude and I will never book with them again. I do not recommend this company, and the overall value and service is not worth the amount of money that they charge.
