They feed your pups remarkably late in the morning so often when we pick them up at 10ish they have not been fed. The owner is over the top crazed about drop offs or pick ups that are not at the scheduled time and cannot tolerate change, so if you live miles away and you can't exactly figure out your time to site you will be chastised and told to not do that. I WILL NOT BE GOING THERE ANYMORE. It cost too much money to board the pups there and deal with terrible customer service, paying for additional days because of limited pick-up times is too much for me.
