I recommend NOT going to this Dentist Office. On January 1,2019 I went in to my first appointment and had X-Rays and a full Periodontal Probe evaluation. Once the Dentist established everything I needed worked on, She went up front to see how much Coverage I had. She came back and said, "Wow, you have great insurance!" When I left they Said that my Insurance would Cover my Full Deep Cleaning and Scaling and planning and my 2 Crowns. And my Piggy-Back would pick up the rest. EVERY VISIT I had after that they would say the same thing! I would come in and leave paying Nothing. Well, fast forward to Now. We got a Bill in the Mail for $1329.20!! The Lady in the Front "Missunderstood" the insurance People and because of her negligence as a Medical Billing Person I am now going to have to Pay over $1,300!! The thing is...if she would have caught this when she sent out my First Claim, we would have taken our business elsewhere to a Dentist who doesn't Charge Over double what "my great insurance" Covers! After bringing this to her attention she was cold and rude and kept blaming me for what her Billing person did wrong! read more
