Had another great experience @ Foresthill Dental today! I hadn't had my teeth cleaned in at least 2 years & up until my first visit to Foresthill Dental about 3 weeks ago; I was extremely anxious to find out what the current condition of my teeth were. Luckily, I was quickly put @ ease during my initial visit. For my 2nd visit today, I had my teeth cleaned & two fillings done. Having had negative cleaning experiences in the past (picture a blood filled mouth from the roughness of the hygienist), I wasn't really sure what to expect. Well Diane totally blew my mind with how gently, but effectively, she cleaned my teeth! If it weren't for the fact that I was afraid of embarrassing myself by snoring, I would've allowed myself to fall asleep to her scraping my teeth. Yes, SERIOUSLY! She was fantastic & so personable, I truly enjoyed the experience & how many people can say that they ENJOYED having their teeth cleaned? For the fillings, Dr. Woodson was awesome. He got me in & out of the chair in under 15 minutes. I got so engrossed in his relaying his Easter holiday experience to me that we were done before I realized it. Dr. Woodson and his staff create an incredibly welcoming and professional environment in every way. Everyone in his office (from Dr. Woodson to his hygenists to his front office staff) know each member of our family by name. As a mother of young, active children I especially appreciate that they don't in any way make me or my children feel pressure when they are a little more wiggly than I would prefer. Going to the dentist is more than just a business relationship, it's like visiting extended family. I also appreciate that over our nearly 4 years in his care we have always received very honest feedback--he's not looking to make a buck, he's looking to keep our family healthy realistically according to our budget. I am a new resident and was referred to Dr Woodson by my sister and I couldn't be happier. My first exam was very complete and I appreciated the way the staff kept me informed and Dr. Woodson went over the x-rays (which are digital and instantly available) and showed me the photograph of a problem area on one tooth. The staff is very friendly yet completely professional and they are extremely well-trained and experienced. I love the cute victorian decor of the office too! Our family LOVES LOVES this dental office. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Woodson has repaired a front tooth on a weekend emergency and that was over 15 years ago and my daughters tooth is still beautiful. We have been going to Dr, Woodson since the 90's.
