I feel like a professional nail technician should notice when the shape and tips are not straight and symmetrical. She did redo them, but unfortunately they still came out crooked. I also noticed that the other hand had white showing on the nails that was not corrected. Now I have to go back to my old salon and spend another $70 to have them fixed. Best pedicure I've ever had and I always get the basic. They do a hot stone massage that makes you want to fall asleep! They always take their time, you're never rushed. She took the gift card with her to the back. When she came back, she handed me an empty envelope. I told her there was no gift card in the envelope. She claimed that it was in my pocketbook. She then searched my pocketbook and did not believe me that I didn't have the gift certificate. One of the other workers went to the back room where the envelopes were and discovered that that is where the gift certificate was. She had placed it back there when she went back to get the envelopes. I understand that mistakes happen, but there was no apology for the fact that she insinuated that I stole the gift card. I was so humiliated infront of the other customers. This was not good customer service.
