She took the gift card with her to the back. When she came back, she handed me an empty envelope. I told her there was no gift card in the envelope. She claimed that it was in my pocketbook. She then searched my pocketbook and did not believe me that I didn't have the gift certificate. One of the other workers went to the back room where the envelopes were and discovered that that is where the gift certificate was. She had placed it back there when she went back to get the envelopes. I understand that mistakes happen, but there was no apology for the fact that she insinuated that I stole the gift card. I was so humiliated infront of the other customers. This was not good customer service.

I assumed that they were good at doing this service because they have a banner hanging on the wall and several card board photos posted on the shelf with different colors of the gel. She did not trim my cuticles but rather just put the gel over them. The gel is on my skin and you cannot see the distinction of where my bal meets my skin on my fingers. I came here with a friend since this is close to her house and I will never come back again.
