I'm sure many of them do not get told how much their job matters and the extra time and effort they put towards people in need really matters when no one else is listening. It matters because sometimes it can be the last string after a week of struggles. I'm gonna be okay... please always go above and beyond for others too. It doesn't happen often without a lot of stressful events and circumstances that get to you. I know we aren't always easy to work with, usually that is fear of the unknown driving that bus. I have met a lot of medical staff in my chronic illness years and the majority just try to do their job the best that they can with the tools and resources that they are given. I know that there are also just some bad staff out there and companies can't control that until they hear from their clients. I have no doubt that these guys would hear if someone needed someone to listen. They helped me overcome several challenges with my ileostomy and then helped me with a supply issue after I asked to be discharged because the insurance does not pay unless I was homebound and I am doing pretty well now thanks to the confidence they helped me find. I will use them for my future needs.

I have been assisting my parents both of whom needed some level of care from Livinrite. The…read morenurses all have been competent but the scheduler is horrible, cannot seem to understand that patients often have competing appointments and are not at liberty to change appointments to suit the " way that Livinrite schedules." There have been several "miscommunications" that the scheduler tried to blame on my parents- one was when they sent out a nurse on a day my mother told them repeatedly over several calls that SHE HAD A DOCORS APPOINTMENT AND WPUPS NOT BE HERE. They send a nurse anyway and tries to call it a no show appointment. When I called to file a complaint, the scheduler said since it was a holiday , they could only come that day . WHAT THE HECK??? And she tried to shame my mother about not being here. Really they have caused so much stress for my poor parents it's ridiculous. They should be there to provide care not cause stress.

When we called the business line the person did not announce their business and just said "hello" as if they were using the phone for personal and business reasons, then they hung up. I called back immediately and left a message announcing who I am and that I am a relative of one of their clients that would like a return call. They immediately called back and announced themselves as the business and began to tell me there was nothing, they could do to give information about the healthcare worker and that I should have asked for ID on day one. Later after our mother got sick, she requested that the healthcare worker wear a mask and gloves and the agency and healthcare worker told us that the client has to provide it and the worker said she did not have the money for these supplies. Our mother had been a home health care aide for 10 years and she thought these questions were normal, but with this company they continued to be abrasive in their customer relations and evasive about any questions they were asked. It is my opinion that they think customers do not have the ability to give a review on the internet of their company and they think they can get away with this kind of treatment. I am writing this review on behalf of the experience our family had with this company.
