To the rude "bartender" working today... Who couldn't turn down the music cuz the owner won't let her... Then kicked out the only person in the group with a legit service dog. You should reconsider your profession... Customer service is not you strong suit on ur best day.... On a good note Aztec's was amazing... The deserving staff thanks you for your horrible service that sent us their way...Dax's Horrible SERVICE!!! Save urself from this nightmare!!!

After seeing a couple of burger-raving reviews of this joint, I had to make an appearance. I originally planned to call in and take out my burger, but as I arrived at the bar in the early evening, I decided to stay. There were a few people here--all at the bar. The super nice bartender (who I later found out was also the cook), welcomed me in and I told her, "I think I'll stay a while. Can I have an Alaskan?" I grabbed a table, watched the b-ball playoff game, and listened/watched the early-evening bar crowd. I of course went with a burger. When they said they made their own chips, I had to order those as well. So yeah, the draft brew and the meal were the perfect remedy to end the day. And yeah, I have to second Joe & William's 5-star ravings and say that my burger was pretty durn good! And to top it off, if you're going to frequent this place more, use the "Burger Card" they hand out--to get a free meal later. Take a gander of the photo I snapped of my meal, and just watch the slobber molecules roll down your face. So, I would say this is a pretty nice bar (not as divey as a dive). I saw a stage inside, and I've seen crowds here on the weekend, so their must be some live music on the weekends. I liked how the bartender greeted a new customer, "What can I get ya that you don't really want, darlin'?" That's just plain perfection. Solid 4-4.5.

Exactly what you'd expect from a cheap, small, dive bar. Nothing special. Does what it says on the tin, as my British friends would say.

The Miyazaki was just whiskey and soda water. It seemed like the other ingredients were missing. Hard to drink. The waifu was obviously missing the Thai basil. It was still good though. We got the edamame, veggie rolls...with chicken, and the chicken satay. The edamame was good, except just the top layer had salt, with a pool of water on the bottom ones. Weird sauce with it. Maybe a thick peanut sauce? The veggie rolls were as such. 5% chicken 90% lettuce. The chicken satay was very excellent. Both sauces provided were very yummy. The szechuan beef came out like an Asian fajita plate. It was good, except unreasonably spicy. The server was rude to me several times. For no reason. I'm a pleasant man! He complemented the lady on her dress, said mine was not nice and handed her the bill at the end. This is despite me ordering everything for us and also going to ask him (at the bar) for additional silverware and napkins. The table next to us had to go ask him for additional water. Which he provided a pitcher for them to pour themselves. You decide. Anyways. The atmosphere was cool. However, the other reviews are correct. If you closed your eyes, you'd be at a rave. If you're doing a proper tour of the Tri-Cities and somehow miss Tapp'd in West Richland, you…read moredidn't just take a wrong turn... you skipped one of the best stops on the map. Tapp'd hits that rare sweet spot where it works just as well for a date night as it does for a full blown game day hangout. The headline feature is the self serve tap wall, which is basically permission to become your own bartender without the awkward small talk. When your glass runs dry, you don't wait around, you pivot. Try something new, double down on your favorite, live a little. And if beer isn't your thing, the bar staff can mix a cocktail that reminds you why bartenders exist in the first place. Now, the food. This is where people get blindsided, in a good way. The Quesabirria Tacos, Asada Street Tacos, and Taquitos de Pollo aren't just "good for a bar," they're flat out legit. The kind of food that makes you pause mid conversation and reconsider your priorities for a second. Service deserves its own shoutout. We were there on a Sunday night, and our server didn't miss a beat, checking in, keeping things moving, and somehow making it all look effortless. Worth noting: same ownership as Tri-City Taps, which explains why the formula works so well, great drinks, great food, and service that actually cares. Bottom line, if you're local, this should already be in your rotation. If you're visiting, this is one of those "don't leave town without it" spots.

She asked if he could just shake it with ice to make it cold and he did, but also re-touched all of the olives with his bare hands to put back into the martini, and then served it with two straws. All the while he kept running his hands through his hair... my wife never touched the martini, we paid and left. He was a super nice guy but he should know better etiquette when working as the bartender of a nice hotel bar and for sure should know how to make a martini as its a staple drink. Very disappointed with our visit, unfortunately.
