I've missed this place when they closed their old location--glad they've reopened. They had the best tasting boba drinks outside of the SF Bay Area and my favorite whenever I'm in Eugene. The new place is definitely more spacious and now they have an extensive food menu. The service is quick...order at the counter and then it's served very quickly. It's a great place to grab a bite to eat and enjoy your boba.

Walk in and you realize that you are looking at one of the best selections of bubble teas including classic Boba but also neo-traditional pairings like Matcha with red bean, etc. that deserve respect. Came in for the Tonkatsu Ramen because needed bone broth today. Took less than 10 mins from order to table service. Appreciated the promptness. In the big bowl with the big spoon there were: several slices of thick and tender cooked pork, dried seaweed, soft boiled egg sliced in half -- some places only give you half the egg; like that they keep the whole -- with good portion of corn and chopped green onions. There was one more ingredient I'm racking my brains to remember the name of, bc I like it. The broth did not disappoint in richness or flavor. The bowl was large and the portion was exemplary. Service by Allison was exceptional. She was attentive and thoughtful and really informative when choices needed to be made. $14 for the tonkatsu ramen. Worth it. I also got a Matcha without dairy.

Reddit did not lead me astray. Day and Night was highly rated and lived up to the hype. Their brown sugar boba was perfectly sweetened.

There are a few things that I love-tonkotsu ramen and boba. And when I saw this moved-to-a-new-location and expanded place, I knew I had to try. Good service, but not much ambiance. Good decor showing off the boba offerings. Most boba teas/milk teas can be very sweet, but the Hong Kong style milk tea (even with added boba) is not as super sweet, and would be a good choice for someone that wants a less dessert-like boba/milk tea. The tonkotsu ramen was actually quite good. So far, I have only come across 2 places that have tonkotsu ramen-Tokyo Tonkatsu and this place. Both places have their pros and cons with their tonkotsu ramen. If I had to rank the tonkotsu ramens, it's almost a tie between Tokyo Tonkotsu and this place.

We visited Day & Night Boba Tea House for an after lunch treat. It's one of the few boba shops I've ever seen that serves Hong Kong Style Milk Tea with boba as a topping. That's something that I definitely can't pass up! Hong Kong Style Milk Tea, Large, Light Ice w/ Boba ($6.50) - This drink is premixed, so the sweetness level can't be adjusted. They use a somewhat fragrant Ceylon as the base and seem to add copious amounts of condensed milk for sweetness and creaminess. It's almost excessive, causing the milk taste to reign supreme and diluting out the tea flavor a bit, although the milk tea is still a pleasingly dark brown color. The bobarista told us that while the sweetness can't be adjusted, the drink wouldn't be too sweet. I'd say it's probably somewhere between 50% and 75% sweet as compared to other boba shops - a bit too much for me, but not cloying. I think due to the missing tea complexity and strong milky flavor, it maybe tastes more similar to a teh tarik than a HK style tea, especially since I suspect the use of condensed milk instead of evaporated milk. The ice level is appropriate for the drink, melting completely over time but not diluting the taste of the drink much. The boba is kind of too firm, leaving the pearls only decently chewy and bouncy. The pearls are mostly smooth with some small lumps and crags. They aren't sweet against how sweet the drink is, so it's difficult to tell how long (if at all) they've been soaked in a sugar solution. They do give a ton of boba, so much so that I had plenty of leftovers after finishing the drink. Milk Tea Rating: 4.5/5 Boba Rating: 4/5 The store also sells plenty of food - Ramen, sushi, fried foods, bentos, even poke! While we were full from lunch, Day & Night seems solid for people looking for both a meal and a good drink. Bathrooms - Two small rooms

Great service - friendly & welcoming. Clean inside. - The boba tea was on point. Not too sweet. Actually crispy on top !!!!! The Orange chicken was crunchy - not soggy. The Ramen was stacked & reminded me of so cal ramen. Buttttttttttt- I asked if the chicken was soy based - - they said it wasn't - but my body told me diff. Otherwise it's solid & priced right. We will be back !!!!

Really good customer service from our cashier. He was very friendly and doubled as our server. You order and pay at the register first then find a seat. The server was attentive to us and asked how we liked each item we ordered. We were a party of 7 who came for dinner and boba. We liked the boba teas better than the food. Yes we tried 7 different drinks! The ramen was not homemade noodles and it was just okay, nothing special. I would go back for boba but not for the food. We left hungry and not satisfied. Just okay.

Amazing food, super local!! Best Chinese and Cantonese boba I've found around here. The 小笼包 (soup dumplings) in particular taste just like what we used to get in China, really good.

If you are going to the WoW Hall and looking for good dim sum nearby this is the place. They have good dim sum offerings and reasonable prices. The steam buns were only 3.95 for two. The owner made the food fresh to order.

Since moving to Eugene, OR, I've been sad there's no Happy Lemon, ShareTea, or KungFuTea nearby (but my wallet's been happy). But, I'm so excited I found Day & Night! They're located right off of Broadway at the bottom of an apartment building. For my boba connoisseurs out there, trust me on this one, they're the real deal. It's essentially all of the components of the well known boba chains condensed into one place. I really value authenticity when it comes to my boba drinks, and I can assure you Day & Night is just that. The tea and topping options are fantastic and impressive... so much so you might want to check out the menu before you arrive. They also have desserts and snacks -- I'll be back to try the egg waffle and mango sago. I stuck to a simple Jasmine Tea Boba with Cheese Crema, and my brother tried the Brown Sugar Boba Lava Milk. The tea was super fresh and the boba was cooked perfectly. Also, I love how you can pick the sweetness and ice level of your drink. I HIGHLY recommend stopping by the next time you've got a boba craving!

Left Taro Bobo Lava Milk with crema and right is the Brown Sugar Boba Lava Milk

This place is very cute and clean. The man who took our order was nice and let us know the boba would be a 10 min wait which was fine. We liked the chewiness of the boba though it is lacking some flavor so if you like a sweeter boba pearl it may not be the place. I got the taro boba lava milk which was good because it uses real taro compared to the normal tea mix in the taro tea option. Though this one was just milk fyi. The consistency is also grainy because it's mashed at the bottom. The brown sugar boba was also great! Worth the try.

Cute decor

I wish this was better. The ramen? Trash. The tea? Meh. Go to Toshi's in Eugene. Same goes for rabbit hole.

I came with high expectations because of all the raving reviews. When I walked in, I had no idea…read morehow this restaurant worked. Walked in, stood there, looked around and wasn't sure if we take a seat, wait to be seated or order first. Turned out, it was the latter. Got the butter/corn miso ramen and the chicken karaage curry. They both came out looking amazing. The broth for the ramen was not boiling hot. In fact the pat of butter did not melt. It took a few minutes of me mixing it around to finally make it melt. The corn was not heated up either. It was room temperature. Overall, the corn and butter ramen taste wise was okay. The chashu needed to be marinated and cooked longer for it to be melt in your mouth. Mine was tough. The only thing that saved my dish was the noodles. They used the thicker wavy noodles, which I enjoyed. The chicken karaage curry came out steaming hot. Quite a contrast to the ramen temperature. The karaage was cooked crisp but needed a wee bit of seasoning. The curry itself had a good taste and it reminded us of a local mom and pop place in Kauai.

Ugh really wanted to like this place. Came here on a busy Saturday night and got seated promptly -…read moreservice is efficient. Inside the restaurant is not huge, but the menu is. The giant pieces of fried meat on top of a bowl of noodles sounds good right? I ordered the King Ramen in this anticipation. Unfortunately the soup was bland, the ingredients didn't really work with each other. Meaning kimchi was on for the sake of being on, didn't really add to the flavor. Overall...meh.
