An older employee working at that time, around 12:30PM, approached me and asked if I needed help finding anything. I thanked him and said I was just looking around while the kids finished eating. He then told me that if I didn't need anything else, we should leave. I explained that I was still browsing and that the kids were finishing the ice cream we had just purchased, but he repeated that we needed to leave. Rather than argue, we decided to leave. What disappointed me most was the lack of basic customer service and hospitality. The store was not busy, and we were paying customers who simply needed a few extra minutes. A more courteous and professional approach would have gone a long way. I understand businesses have policies, but the way this situation was handled felt unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. I hope management provides additional customer service training so future customers are treated with more courtesy and respect.

The line wasn't too bad, I waited about 15 minutes since I waited on the farthest line to the left. The process was easy to follow and pump gas. I was impressed by the prices of gas here. Too bad it's a bit out of my way to come here every time I need gas. But I'll have to try and do this every month I'm here. You do need a membership card to pump here and they don't offer diesel fuel.

One of the worst gas station experiences I've ever had. I understand that there is a policy they have to follow, but it didn't make sense. When I asked for clarification, Marquese repeatedly responded, "I don't know how many times I have to tell you that there's a policy," without offering any real explanation. I made it clear that I understood there was a policy, but I didn't understand why it existed. The employees then suggested I might be trying to pick up the same order at two different locations at the same time, which didn't make sense because the order only listed one address--this location. They said that unless I confirmed the order through the app, they couldn't release it, even though I had the correct name and the unique code. The issue was that the order was placed on my wife's phone under her name, and I only had screenshots. This has never been a problem anywhere else--we've placed many mobile orders before, and typically only a name or code is required. They told me the only way I could get the order was if my wife came in herself. That wasn't possible and was a major inconvenience. Since they wouldn't release the order, we requested a refund and went somewhere else. Overall, it was a very frustrating and time-wasting experience. I would not recommend this location.
