One freaking star. Would give zero if I could. Before I even start, why is your website lying? Your website says word for word "We use soft cloths and high pressure washing technology for all of our car wash packages. We do not utilize any automated bristles which can scratch the paint on your car." My biggest complaint: after spending 30 minutes driving 3 miles up Haven, I finally get there and talk to two different employees who tell me this place runs every car through the drive through machines and then the guys hand dry the outside and wipe the interior. What is this BS about not using automated bristles? Dude says if I want it actually hand washed, the prices START at $85. HUH?? The website says Regular Wash $21.95 including Vacuum, Windows In & Out, Towel Dry, and Spot Free Rinse. Why are you lying? Also: 1. Answer your d*rn phones. Why do you have a phone if you don't answer it? I called 3 times and left a voicemail before driving over, only to find out they do NOT hand wash cars, and definitely not for the prices listed. 2. Why are there no inside employees for the car wash? Only outside guys washing cars and a single understaffed gas station employee. 3. None of the guys outside speak English. warning don't take your car here. they damaged my wife's car. they damaged my car, they refused to make right by it. then blame me for the damage they caused. then said they are not responsible because of the sign at the front entrance. after causing the second damage to the second car. the manager ryan texted my wife and told her that it's still okay for her to come in and get the free car wash from the first car that was damaged. this was done after having problems with me and damaging my car. this sounds to me, that he was intentionally trying to cause problems at my house. read more

Its a simple carwash where they do a quick vacuum of the inside and then drive your car thru the auto-carwash, then they wipe it down for you. Nothing fancy but it does the job. Im here once a month and the guys here are very polite and friendly. Yes, its on the pricey side compared to other car wash places but the convenience for me and their friendly customer service makes it worth it. Since the people working here are polite and friendly, and they work hard (and dont rush the job), im willing to pay. Today, Im trying the internal detailing for $150 --super expensive compared to the $99detail near my house, but we shall see how they do. Ill update my review after i see the results. read more

For a few dollars more, they take care of everything for you, unlike other places (*cough cough quack quack cough cough*) where you pay them to dry and vacuum your own car. Unlike the other reviews, I've haven't had any issues in the years I've been coming here. *Knock on wood* The only thing I would say is that they could do a better job vacuuming a bit more and removing debris like leaves and stuff from between the small gap between the hood and windshield. read more

When asked the casher, I was told the only discount available in the system was $4.00 off. While everything else is fine with the car wash, I take a star off because of the misleading advertisement. Been going here for a little while just because its conveinient (close by). They miss a few things here and there on cleaning. Ive seen them driving the vehicles a little too agressivly going into the start of the carwash a few times (hard brakes to where the vehicle rocks back and forth pretty hard) i usually go to the back where i see the vehicles come through nice and smooth. I went to the front to see my truck go through and the same thing happened with my truck. I approached the manager (he was the one that did it) his answer was hes not used to driving tundras.... He has been here for quite some time and he hasnt driven tundras? Last time im going here. Watch your vehicles going in. Just fair warning to all that go to this car wash. I've been coming here for over 15 years and never had anything taken from my car but this past Saturday, April 6th, my sun visor was taken & although it may not mean much to anyone, it was mine and I took very good care of it. We were at church Sunday morning and I went to retrieve it from in between my seats and it was gone, why would I think to look for it before hand. Who would take a sun visor??? O well someone needed it. smh I also believe it was taken because it was a Disney themed one, but never the less is was taken. Leather was conditioned, hand waxed, for around 80 bucks. I'm gonna be honest, I had a really dirty car. They did an absolute excellent job with it and were really detailed. I absolutely respect the workers here as it was over 90 degrees and they were out in the sun in long sleeves long pants. They really work hard! I came literally 20 minutes before closing and they still took me in. They were still working in my car after closing and still had great attitudes. Much respect towards them! I especially love the waiting area as it's quite large and there plenty of food/drinks or items you can buy. It's like a gas station actually! Still very nice to have an indoor waiting area with seats definitely. Prices are fair as well. I definitely will be back. Great car wash! Too bad it wasn't open yet when I lived in the IE. But I'm glad I found them a few weeks ago when I was in the area and needed my car washed. It's part of a gas station so could be easy to miss or be mistaken for a drive thru wash but it's not! I went on a Saturday afternoon and there was a bit of a line but that's to be expected since it's not only next to Ontario Mills but it's also the holiday season so there's even more people out than usual. I did have about a 5-10 minute wait before I got to the front of the line but everything was smooth sailing from there. Went to the gentleman up front and let him know which package I wanted (Presidential). He even had a few quirky car jokes to share with us while he helped us out. We paid inside the gas station shop then went outside to wait for our car to be done. Probably wasn't there more than 20-30 minutes if I were to guess. Pretty quick service and my car came out squeaky clean! If I'm out in the IE I'll come back here but for now it's a bit too far. It's nice knowing there's a decent car wash establishment out there though. Was hard to come by when lived there so definitely check them out if you're in need! read more
