I've been coming here for a long time, but I've been out of the area for some months and I came back to see that this place is under new ownership. I went for the happy hour all day Tuesday car wash and Amer was super friendly and helpful and even threw in a car scent when there wasn't one included in the package. My favorite part was the little buzzer they give you now, like a restaurant when you're waiting for an order, so I was able to go home while I waited (up to 4 miles away he said), instead of waiting in the 105 degree heat. This place is A-OK. Look, are you going to get a crazy, super detailed clean here? No. But will it at least scrape some of the LA dust and grime off your car? Yes. There is an outdoor patio where you can chill, and the gas station convenience (where you also pay for the wash). Try to go during a week day it was pretty quiet. read more

Brought my Jeep here to get washed and it was $80 and then they wanted to charge me 160 just to wipe down the inside just the front part of a two-door Jeep. I am just unhappy and very frustrated with this place. What a rip off it looks terrible. read more

TLDR: Outside is dry but still dirty. Cheapest wash is $30. Inside looked good. I stopped by because the reviews said under new management. Not sure if that's true, but that doesn't matter because it's still atrocious. Had my car taken through, and paid $30 in the gas station. Waited maybe 40 min max, but my car was still dirty when they waived me over. I asked to talk to the manager who took the car in the beginning to point out that it wasn't clean. She told me that I should've bought a hand wash if I wanted it "clean". All in all, not horrible wash, but not worth $30. read more

Wish I could give this place a ZERO! Management is extremely rude, expensive $45.00 for a car wash including interior, and extremely under staffed! Waiting over an hour for my car to be finished. When they did finish, my car still had dirt in and out of the car. When I asked the tech to please wipe it off the owner Manny yelled to me " You didn't pay for a detail"! I yelled back and told him do you want me to have you re-wash my car or wipe the dirt off? Told him how rude he was and unprofessional. I had turned my car off and he turned my car on leaving it to run for 20 minutes when they hadn't even started cleaning my car! Horrible place to go! Before the new management took over it was a decent spot to get an inexpensive wash but with the new management now it's pricey and they do a very crappy job, prices are not even displayed I paid $31.99 +tip for a crappy ass job I could of washed myself and done a better job, it wasn't even packed. The service is exceptional, and the new managers are highly professional. I came to this location 2 weeks ago and my car still looks freshly washed. The windows were probably the only best thing about this car wash windows cleaned pretty well. The inside cleaning dust and vacuuming wasn't the great. Placemats were slightly slippery due to whatever was sprayed. Recommend finding about car wash. read more

BEWARE OF OWNER!!! I used to frequent this place because they are near my office and they offer 100% hand wash, which is important to me for my 2019 black Mercedes E300. It was never a GOOD car wash, but decent enough and I would finish the job to my liking. A couple months ago, they were finishing my car and their female employee left my digital car key on top of my car, rather than leaving it in the key holder location near the center console, where I had placed it. Since it was still near/on my vehicle, I was able drive off without alarm. However, once at my office, I was unable to find my key and I was stranded. I had to get an Uber to take me back to the car wash to look for it, where the employee and the manager denied any wrongdoing and accused me of losing it and turning the blame on them. So I then had to take that Uber home to get my spare key. I got my car and drove back, when by this time, the owner had found the key in the street just off his property--run over, completely damaged and not functional. All of this transpired over a two hour span when I should've been working. He told me to get a quote and that he would "take it out of her pay, for lying." I did so and to my surprised (and his) that it was nearly $1100 for a replacement key because it had to come from Germany and required additional programming afterwards. After I presented the quote, he wanted me to "split the cost" with him, asking me to "be kind" and "help her out." I refused because it was not my fault. Ultimately, after him pleading with me for 40 minutes, I agreed to pay $200, leaving him just under $900 balance. I STILL can't believe I agreed to that. He paid me in cash two weeks later and then he offered two free car washes, for my understanding and to retain me as a "valued customer." The washes are normally $20... I reluctantly accepted. Today, I came back to redeem my second free car wash and he defiantly refused, claiming "I've done enough! I'm DONE!!! If you don't like it, DON'T COME BACK!!!" Obviously I won't, but this is a terrible way to treat a regular patron that agreed paid $200 when it was not my fault, whatsoever. My warning to you Yelpers is BEWARE. Especially if you have a valuable vehicle because they do not care about you, your car or your patronage. read more

(Ppl have bad days) I JUST got a car was right now June 9th at 12:40pm My windows had smeared oil finger prints on them, the inside was drenched in that cleaning oil they use for the interior. I had to get out my own car wipes and start wiping it off adding water. They didn't clean my cup holders or the holders on the side of all 4 doors and I still had crumps on my seats. The exterior was still dirty they didn't even try to scrub anything and I paid extra for a hand wash. Same experience as the 1st time. You all are better going to a mechanical wash and doing it yourself for the time and money spent. read more

Been coming here for years but recent staff changes are horrible. Today the check-in employee the cars was extremely rude. When my car got to the end and the horn was sounded that the car was complete, the first thing I notice was the huge water settle in my wheel wells. I asked the lady would she mind blowing the water with air so that my black vehicle would not have watwr streaks. The check in person said she did, so I walked to my tired, puddled the water around and says well I think she forgot. I said, also do you mind blowing the cracks with airs because water was also drizzling from my side mirrors. The check in employee said verbatim "look, if you are not happy, then you need to drive and find you another car wash because she has spent too long on your car and these services won't be provided to you because have new management here and we are making changes". I replied, she didn't spend long because of any special request made by me, she spent the time it took her to do her job. As I waited for him to have her removed the water he turned his back and refused to answer any questions as to if she would spray the cracks. They both laughed and walked away. At first I was so angry and drove off without giving her a tip from the $35 and normally give an addition $20 tip. Not this time, I drove out the drive way, thought twice about it and went and shared it with Amir, one of the managers. What the Check-in guy didn't realize is that I had spmeone on the phone and hung up. When I went to express my concern without a y yelling or swearing at anytime, my family cooberated my exact concerns word for word. Amir York indicate action, I'm so appreciative. I was so stoked to get my car washed for a reasonable price. I paid $75.00 for detailing work and get carpets shampooed. But right after I left the lot my entire electric dash board went haywire. My engine was rattling and my car would not switch gears. I was told to "wait for the car to dry for an hour". But over an hour later my car was still messed up. My car is sill at the mechanic and I was told that the battery pack shorted out due to excessive water damage. I will not be using this location again. I was happy to see that they weren't busy to get my car washed on a SATURDAY morning 10am. I pulled into the full service (machine) wash. Staff came and said I'm no longer taking full service car wash because we are too busy. I saw 2 cars being washed and 2 waiting to be washed on the left of me. This is a car wash business and can't take a load of 4-5 cars??!! I was asked to back out and once I did he put a cone to block the lane. But left the hand wash service open. What they turned this car wash into is so sad. They are loosing so much money not being able to keep up with demand. Bring your staff back! read more

Obviously they didn't even bother. then when the lady asked me how my car was I said nothing was wiped down and barely vacuumed. She said no I did it and walked off. Well, after receiving a message from a manager I decided to give this place another shot. From the jump, I felt like I was at a totally different car wash. The gentleman who greeted me was very friendly and helpful. I informed him of my free mini detail and he called for the manager. The manager then explained how they not only hired more experienced staff, but made sure everyone was on the same page by implementing walkie talkies. After about 5 minutes of conversation he pulled my car over to the detail workspace. I left and returned a few hours later. Overall, I was satisfied with the results. My car is fairly new so there wasn't really much to do. There were a few minor things that I saw, but nothing is perfect right. I'll definitely be back for another wash. I really appreciate them trying to rectify the situation. read more

I WISH Yelp offered a "ZERO Stars" rating. Nope. I got ripped off. It was not even 4:30pm on a weekday and I filled up at the pump. I needed a carwash so I pushed the buttons to pay for one. I then tried to pull into the line for the carwash but it was blocked off!!! There was a guy at the far end waving me off. No signs anywhere indicating hours of operations of the carwash. I parked and went into the store. The cashier apologized and said the carwash closed at 4pm.... I asked then WHY did the pump OFFER me a carwash? The cashier happily said oh just come back tomorrow! NO! I needed that carwash that afternoon. I do not live nearby and no I am not coming back for a carwash. I asked if I could get a refund and he did say yes but that he had to take care of this other customer first but this other customer turned into 3 other customers (paying customers obviously) and I just left before I created a scene; I was SO angry. Nope. Will not use this place and will always discourage others from using it. Unless you want to throw away your money like I did. read more

Prices aren't listed so he changed it from the when I got my car washed 2 weeks ago. It's 31.99 2 weeks ago it was 29.00, plus I tip 6 bucks or so. Didn't vacuum under car mats, left my cup holders sticky , and it was a poor job, place use to be packed now it's very slow and not good quality, will never come back. ADVICE: come during the week between the hours of 10AM and 12 pm. There were only two other cars so the workers took their time. Oscar was the man! We payed 30 dollars.... The truck was looking clean. I went to the beach the day before and told Oscar if I was going to pay that much, that I expected to get what I paid for. Oscar fulfilled his promise. I inspected the truck thoroughly and it still had sand in some spots so I asked Oscar to revacuum it. He got on it right away. The truck was close to spotless. I'd definitely come back again BUT only during the early hours and Monday through Thursday... Just to make sure the workers can take their time. read more

I've been a monthly customer at this car wash but recently the price has gone UP! The price menu has disappeared since December of last year. I asked their reps Everytime I get a car wash what happened to the menu and he could not give me a straight answer, he always says it's $40 and would also offer to get a detailing done (I used to pay $25 back then). RIP Off! I would find a different car wash if I were you. Wouldn't recommend until they post back their price menu. read more

I would like to begin this review by stating that I was very pleasantly surprised to have had Brandon reach out to me! Brandon is the new mechanic at the Rancho Car Wash and Lube and he is trying to clean up the mess that the previous mechanic has left. Brandon really seems like a trustworthy guy that I would come back to and do any of my car repairs. Brandon was able to get me a full refund on my invoice! I would like to thank him so much for making this happen!! The owner was extremely nice and apologetic for what had happened. I think that he realized that the previous mechanic had not done his job. I am not only changing my review for the refund but also because I see that they are genuinely sorry for what had happened! I understand that there is a sign that states there not responsible for any lost or stolen items but that doesn't give them the right to take whatever they want.
