Well today they wouldn't admit me as they wouldn't recognize my cannabis New York State ID /license /pass (the only photo ID I had on me) which isn't due to expire until April 2026. I offered to show the ghouls my yearly up to date New York State cannabis certification. that would not do? They wouldn't let me use my cannabis pass as a photo ID. They demanded I show them a New York State drivers license which I don't have or a photo state ID, which I didn't have with me. I have been using this cannabis ID at this location. I'm up the proverbial Schitt Creek. I had to go all the way home now without what i came for. i am needing medication for my pain. I know ny state is trying to get rid of medical Cannabis so they can get all of the money from the recreational cannabis. The recreational dispensaries are everywhere. There are two remaining medical dispensaries in Manhattan. What am I supposed to do now? I will never go back to RISE dispensary. the people that I dealt with today couldn't clarify or make sense of anything that was going on... and I left there feeling like the fool. because I wasn't informed? they've made changes changes that affect my life.

I also saw inside of the store drinks snacks and other minor grocery type products but mainly they sell Vape accessories and tobacco accesorries. Their's no question I was sold a bogus jar of a concentrates, from a company that's usually faked pretty heavily learned soon after my purchase, this was no doubt some bogus dabs of not badder which I ordered but some dried up stiif crumble that tasted God awful leaving a puddle of straight water in my dab nail that's how I knew it was some bogus concentrates, had one of the most heated arguments over the phone with supposed owner some young dweeb swearing that I clamed to had swapped the jar that he sent me for completely something different after I sent him pics and a vid of what he sold me he was too funny felt like finding this dude ripping his head clean off. I also blame myself cgoing backwards had been dabbin top tier live rosin for some time until I recently quit everything past 3 months over. I wanted to buy in bulk to save myself some spread but instead got one of the worst transactions and headaches ever. They were super nice, went over everything that they had, answered all of our questions; even after they were trying to leave for the day. After finally settling on what I wanted to get, I went to Venmo them and I accidentally Venmoed $50 bucks to a random stranger, they could see I was so upset and distraught that I just gave some random person 50 bucks right out of my account and I had no way of getting it back, or canceling the transaction. They were such genuine people they gave me what I wanted for FREE. They honestly felt so bad, they gave me their product for no charge. Thank goodness there is still a few amazing people in the world like that, for the random stranger on venmo that still has my money and won't return it, I can't say the same about them.
