This was Brad's flagship store, and it has certainly been on a consistent decline in recent years, which is sad. Conversely, the stores in both Bartlett and South Elgin are amazing- the beds are always clean and well ventilated (of course there are some that are better than others, but by FAR AND AWAY the VAST MAJORITY are superior to what you will find at the Elgin location), the staff at least capable of pretending that they are happy that you are there and supporting their business, and the facilities are modern and well kept. Living in Elgin, I find myself going out of my way to the South Elgin location, and there is just something wrong with that picture- especially for a business that has been Elgin for 20+ years.
