She explained all the package options and what might be best for me depending what my tanning reasons/goals are and what I'm looking to achieve. She showed me the price breakdowns and explained the bed levels. She also asked me relevant questions and helped me pick out a lotion. The rooms were cozy, more tiki like and cute. Everything seemed clean and fresh. The whole atmosphere was warm and inviting. I had a great first experience and tan. I'm looking forward to going back tomorrow.

Customer service was 5/5 as well as the tanning products! Coming from a very fair skinned red head I never get tan and this was my second time getting a tan. Clearly I was a little nervous and did not want to come out looking to dark but wanted just a little bit of color. Not only did the worker talk me though everything that would fit me but also took the time. As I have never been tan before the confidence levels where giving after this tan! Would recommend time after time again! The tan color was perfect and all around wonderful! Clean and refreshing all around felt so cozy and so welcoming, there was feminine products in the bathroom if needed such as wash cloths, deodorant, spray, makeup remover etc.

I went on a half price Sunday and the bed shut down because it was too hot. So I was told I had to…read moresave the minutes and use them the next time I went tanning. I was not offered to use the other bed to finish tanning. Then I went a month later to use the remaining minutes but I was told by the same employee I could not use them because it was half price Sunday and that I would have to come in on another day. I was already inconvenienced the first time because I did not get to use all my time I paid for and then I was being told to use the time I had to be inconvenienced again. I asked to speak with the manager and she was not available, the employee told me they would ask Melissa the owner to call me tomorrow when she was in. She didnt call me, according to her, the employee did not mention the issue to her. When I explained what happened the owner stated the minutes could just be used as a 5 minute tan only and additional minutes could not be added unless you would buy points which I never have bought because I just buy minutes. I explained that if this is their policy they should have it posted so people are aware of the rules but then I was told it is not a policy. I was being yelled at that she did not have to get reamed at for 4 minutes. I told her I was not the one yelling that she was yelling. She also put in that as a customer I dont even pay as a regular customer because I just go on half price Sundays. She went on saying she was thinking about getting rid of half price Sundays because they are too busy and cause the beds to shut down when they are overheated. She also explained that customers get upset when they close on Sundays for Holidays, I was not sure how this applied to me as I was not saying anything about that. She said she was not trying to make excuses for the employees but that that employee was a thorn in her side and due to family she could not fire them. Then she went on a rant and gave very unprofessional excuses for why that particular employee handled it poorly. In the end she said she would credit the 4 minutes of money back to my account but she never even asked my name and she hung up on me. I would say the employee learned their customer service skills from the owner. If they have policies the customers should be aware of before spending their money there they should be notified of those policies. When there is an issue it should be handled more professionally and courteously.

I was skeptical @ first because this salon had no reviews on my beloved Yelp but I decided to book the appointment anyway & overcome my fear of going to someone new and mysterious. We got to the salon at about 11:40am on Saturday morning. My appointment wasn't until noon and I didn't have to wait! Woohooo +1! I met Arturo, showed him pictures of what I wanted, and from there... My shaggy, un-done, un-healthy, brittle hair was history. I went blonder than I was before (see pics). He did very thin all-over highlights with a violet toner. He listened to my wishes to the exact "T" and was extremely nice!! It came out awesome. I legitimately wanted to hug him! I can rock all the trendy clothes and accessories I want but without the right hairstyle, I can still look like I got hit by a freight train. This is where Nikki comes in. It's been quite some time since I found a hairstylist that actually listens to my jibber jabber of "I don't want it too short but I want enough layers to create dimension and maybe some bangs or not and I want my hair dyed black but not too black and blah blah blah." Like a freak robot, she processes all of that, and I come out looking fabulous all the time. I should add that I live an hour away from the salon. If that's not a testament to how great of a stylist she is, I don't know what is. =) They offer manicures, pedicures, and spray tanning as well. The only negative about this place is its location. Not only that, there's a CrossFit company next door. And you can hear EVERYTHING! The music, instructors talking and you can physically feel them drop the weights throughout the entire salon.
