So I called back and a woman from Elite called me immediately and was on her way. Because of the way my car was sitting in the lot, she couldn't safely get to it to pick it up . She then called her hubby who had a vehicle that could maneuver my car for pick-up . They then pulled it across the street to a AAA approved place, filled out the paperwork about the bulge in the old battery , and sent me pictures of everything on top of that!!!
