Darren is by far the best and most knowledgeable tow truck operator I have ever met. He was very careful with the 1964 Corvette Stingray that I needed to have towed. Darren took the time to carefully secure my car and protect it from any damage, he was able to place the vehicle expertly once he got it home. Nobody wants to have to tow their vehicle but if you do Darren and Millennium will take great care to make it easy on you and your pocketbook. I hit something and got a flat tire on Liberty Street in the West End at around 6:00pm. I pulled off the road onto a side street and had no idea where I was. It was dark and I knew I was parallel with Liberty but I didn't know the name of the street. I was too afraid to get out of the car so I used my phone to find my location. I then Googled a towing place and found Millennium. They said they could tow me to a Tire Discounters, but it was 6:15pm by this point and Tire Discounters closes at 7:00pm. The girl on the line then told me that someone could come out and put my spare tire on for me. Telling her where I was stuck was challenging, but she said it would be okay. I only had to wait about 15 minutes for somebody to arrive. I feel so bad that I can't remember the gentleman's name, because he was so nice and said he knew right where I was. It was about $70 for him to put the spare on, and they do take credit card, which is awesome. I had such a great experience with Millennium Towing. They were so nice and accommodating! read more

How much responsibility does a towing company have in towing the correct vehicle? Apparently none. After my car died - yes, my 2-year-old car died - I was able to get it down the street to the garage. The next day I had to get it towed to Superior Honda. I called Millennium Towing at Honda's recommendation. Superior Honda even called me in the afternoon to talk about my car. It wasn't until almost 5:30 p.m. when Millennium Towing called to tell me they had some bad news. They had towed the wrong car. The garage had called Millennium, saying they stole a car. I wouldn't say they stole a car. I get that it was an accident. Millennium said that the garage gave them the wrong car. Maybe. Maybe not. But shouldn't Millennium verify that they have the correct vehicle? Millennium said they would fix it and would call me back. When I didn't hear back by the next day, I called them. The cars had apparently been switched back this morning. I asked if they would refund the towing expense. Nope, they won't. They continue to blame the garage. Yet I'm the one who has to pay - with both money and (wasted) time. That doesn't seem quite right. If Millennium Towing isn't responsible for which car they're towing, then what exactly are they responsible for? read more

I got rear ended a few weeks ago and wasn't sure if my car was ok to drive. I called Millennium and a driver was there in less than 20 mins. They were polite, professional and reassuring. My car was in fact just fine to drive, and didn't need a tow at all. The truck they brought was clean, and well maintained. Hopefully, I won't need to have a tow any time soon, but if I do I will absolutely call Millennium. read more

HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My transmission died on me in the middle of the street and the happened to pass me. They turned around and asked if i needed help or a tow, obviously I did and took it.
