I called and Denaldo (hopefully I'm spelling that right) came and figured out the wiring in all my detectors was loose and some had disconnected wires because the builders used too big wire nuts/connectors (thanks, D.R. Horton). He replaced the wire connectors in all my smoke detectors, and did it very efficiently. He was extremely reasonably priced, and it's a holiday today (memorial day). Couldn't be more pleased with Denaldo. Will definitely call him for any future electrical issues.

He came and looked at the fridge, said he was going to let the home warranty company know what was wrong and we paid him the $100 service fee. Well, we never heard from the earranty company. I called the warranty company and they advised that they were waiting on FixandRepair to send more details about the findings and that I could reach out to them for further info. My husband called FixandRepair and spoke to the guy. He stated that he was waiting on the warranty company to approve. So, I called the warranty company back at they stated that FixandRepair refused to come back and fix the fridge with no explanation as to why. Totally unacceptable. I will never recommend this company. First mistake, they were an hour late and I had to call him to see if he was coming. Just unprofessional. I guess they needed the $100.

Multiple poor reviews for misdiagnosing root causes and long delays. I waited twenty-two days for my dishwasher repair to be finalized. Also, they walk in asking for towels - they use your towels to clean up any water leakage. They don't have shop towels. Very strange ordeal altogether. Go someplace else.

Ordered cabinets from Home Depot, but these guys were needed to install the trim kits. They removed half the cabinets that weren't even level from the Home Depot installer and fixed everything and installed the trim kit that came with the cabinets. Amazingly-they also did fence work and my fence was demolished by a tree branch. They got that too. Took them two days for everything.

After they completed the job, the tenant complained that the heat did not work. I called a few times and talked with the owner. I was told that the system was too old and needed to be replaced. This was after I paid them. I was quoted a new system and duct work that they estimated to be almost $19,000. I was shocked but remained professional and friendly. However, I will not use them again for AC/Heat work for any more of my rentals. I felt that it was dishonesty to charge me for work that did not fix the issue. If they knew that their 'fix' was not going to cause the system to work, they shouldn't have charged. Why not tell me in the beginning that the system needs to be replace, maybe it wasn't properly diagnosed. I feel like $700 was stolen from me. I've used this company several time before, but I've lost my trust in this company.
