They deserve a zero rating but they did do something. At this point I am having issues with cooling, after spending thousands with this company for a new indoor and outdoor unit that I probably did not need. It appears that they don't stand behind their work, and they do not follow up (or follow through) or see it through when their work result in needed repair(s) from damaged area(s) in your home. One of their reps even made a recommendation for an attic fan that was just not needed that would cost over a thousand dollars, if I had gone for it. Be careful AIRNOW is about volume not quality work, and they want to sell you on a program that cost you monthly. I shouldn't have AC concerns after a full unit install, inside and outside, right at the one year mark from the install. Management made my experience no better because they will tell you untruths, to state it politely. If you choose to use AIRNOW, again be WATCHFUL and I highly recommend a second opinion if you consider them.

His inspection was so thorough, and he explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. He even came armed with filters, which he installed for me while he was at it. I have been a DIxie Care customer since moving here, and I have been very pleased with the service. The best part is that all of the technicians seem to know a little bit about each others area, which is helpful in coming up with a solution. Also, when I do need help, I get priority treatment because of my DIxie Care membership.

They come on weekends when reaching other plumbers seems to be a chore. They flat rate price their jobs (which probably leads to paying more than you would have to otherwise) and get the jobs done fast. I'm not sure, but they may be the only plumbers around that offer the "water jet" service.. Its a water propelled hose, powered by an engine in the back of a van. Its expense. But it has the ability to fix some problems that using an auger doesnt seem to solve. For instance, a clog in the kitchen drain so bad that you can push your auger through it, but it will close right back down. So, their convenient, get the job done, have the tools to get it done, and they make their time frames. The 3 our of 5 stars is because they are expense. I'm sure that I could get more for less from others, but I know them. And 3 out of 5 aint bad. Its OK... Make it cheaper, then the rating might go up.
