The leak went down the north side of the house. Superior Exteriors tore out the rotted wood under the stucco that was damaged by the leak. They replaced the rotted wood. Other companies had given estimates but did not understand that the 3rd floor window was causing the problem. I have recommended Superior Exteriors to my daughter for new windows, my neighbor who got a new roof and my sister who also had work done on her roof. The work was done sloppily. They also left our front yard in tatters due to their handling of materials. Razor sharp shards of copper in bushes, shingles in trees, dead grass from hot compressors, front garden destroyed. Richard could not care less abt your property, and the condition he leaves it, he will not adjust any work if you're disappointed. I STRONGLY advise you do NOT use his service.

I contracted them to install Provia windows for my home and he stole a 50% deposit and delivered and installed defective windows. He only installed 4 out of the 5 windows that I ordered and put a deposit on. On top of it, they were defective, but he still installed them. The final window was going to be installed the next business day, but he conveniently decided not to install it. Then, He ghosted me for 45 days after continuously contacting him for a status update, as he was supposedly working with Provia, which he wasn't. Lies after lies. He is highly unprofessional in his business dealings and told me he would NEVER do such a thing to me in 1:1 conversations. Based on this, I entrusted him and gave him a $3500 deposit hoping that he would stand by his word and deliver the windows that I paid for. On top of it, He installed the windows incorrectly and they are leaking air and he doesn't want to own up to his worksmanship issues and fix the issues like a normal dealer would do. This is a company you want to stay FAR away from, as I have incorrect windows installed and he will not take care of any defects or issues with the window mfg. He has stolen my deposit and washed his hands from fixing the issues like a normal business owner should do. There is a right and wrong way to handle any situation and he takes the high road with providing customer satisfaction. I warned you of his shady business tactics!!! RUNNNNNN
