The cleaning was extremely thorough; I was quite impressed as I walked around all day afterwards noticing small things that had been done. I am excited to be on a maintenance schedule with them so my place doesn't get to the point of having that much buildup again (my ADHD is relieved!). The only downside so far is scheduling is a bit weird - instead of just giving a date/time or setting up a regular schedule (like same date/time each month), they keep saying they'll get back to me with a date and I have to wait to get it scheduled. This is bad for my ADHD, I need things just locked in and as regular as possible so they become routine. We'll see if this becomes a bigger problem as I go but I'm happy with the level of clean I got for what I consider a good price and a good rapport with the company so I'm trying to roll with it. Forest is super nice and responsive and really put Green Earth House Cleaning above others I reached out to by requesting a phone consultation where we talked through my goals and details about my apartment, etc. Everyone else just sent an impersonal message with an estimate. It made me feel more comfortable starting a professional relationship with them. I definitely recommend giving them a try!

I hired Clean Affinity for weekly house cleaning, starting with a deep clean. The deep clean was…read morein-line with a mediocre regular clean--lots of things were untouched that were meant to be cleaned. Not a good way to start. Weekly cleanings were subpar until they sent a good cleaner who was my regular cleaner for a few months. Unfortunately, she had to take an extended leave of absence. The cleaners sent in her absence missed a lot: didn't vacuum under furniture, didn't dust certain rooms, left a whole room untouched, cursory job of simple things like wiping down dining table and kitchen counters--if they got wiped down at all. When pointing out the inadequacies in a specific job, I got a lot of platitudes that never amounted to the attention to detail they claim to pride themselves on. Clean Affinity has a cleaning checklist on their website, but 80% of the cleaners do not follow it. The most I could count on from a weekly clean (outside of my regular cleaner) was moderately clean bathrooms, partially vacuumed rugs and a gloried Swiffer wet mop on the hardwoods.
