I have been using Murrayhill Maids for several years now and these gals do an amazing job. I have a dog with long hair and they get rid of all of it, including on my couch. They also get rid of dog nose prints on my front window and sliding glass door. All the gals are friendly, fun and so accommodating. Denise, Deanna and Bri are our favorites, although we like them all. Best part is they all love my dog who wants to be the supervisor, following them around the house and trying to herd the vacuum. It doesn't seem to bother them in the least and I really appreciate that. I also like that they don't just use a feather duster for dusting everything and that my mini blinds get dusted regularly. I totally trust them to come and clean when I'm not home and never have to worry. I could go on and on, but these gals and this company are awesome and the service is a great value for the money. read more

I recently hired Murrayhill maids to clean my apartment to move out and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work they did and their customer service! My concerns and requests were all met directly by one of the owners, and I was very impressed with that. They use completely eco friendly cleaning supplies which was one of the main reasons I reached out to them as I have bunnies in the apartment and other sensitive pets that were not completely moved out. SUPERB! Based on reviews, good and negative I called to find out for myself. They cleaned ALL the things I hate doing... window sills, baseboards, all doors, ceiling fans, banisters, shower, tubs and still had time to do basic cleaning. They had a $189 special so thought I would give them a try, as we were having a baby shower bbq at our house and wanted it to look clean! However, the deal "3 maids for 2 hours"... However the maids left after an hour and a half! And they didn't even finish anything. I spent a couple of hours after they left re-cleaning what they did. Definitely not worth the money. read more

I was sadly disappointed with the service I received. First, I called and got the answering machine, I left a message but no one ever called me back. I called a second time, realizing it was after hours and left a second message. They did call me back within 5 minutes and said her computer was down for the night and she would call me the following day to set up the appointment which we discussed. She did not call me back the following day so later I called her again and she apologized that no one had gotten back to me. The appointment was set up to accommodate my move. The day of the cleaning the three maids arrived on time and began to clean. I indicated that when I set up the appointment they told me to make a list of things I wanted done. When I went down my list they said "this is a move out clean, and we have our own list." I wanted them to wash some walls but that was not on their list and they would not do it. When the things on THEIR list were completed they packed up and left - leaving 30 minutes early. I pride myself in having a clean home but I paid the full price for a move out clean. I feel I was greatly shorted in services. And I never received any type of receipt or thank you. read more

I have been using Murrayhill Maids for over two years and I highly recommend them. Three members of my family have allergies and I am personally very eco-conscious, so it is important to me that I use a cleaning service that uses only environmentally friendly products with no perfumes. Every time they clean my home, I am amazed at how CLEAN it smells without any perfume smells covering up odors. It's just purely clean. I have solid granite and hardwood floors and I appreciate the attentive care the Murrayhill Maids staff take in cleaning these surfaces properly. They are very easy to communicate with and always respond quickly. They are fairly priced, honest, consistent, and always deliver what they promise. You can't ask for much more than that. read more

We worked with another cleaning service that did a fine job cleaning but no one on their crew spoke enough English to communicate when needed. With Murrayhill that hasn't been a problem at all. With the previous service we didn't see or hear from the owner after we hired them, with Murrayhill one of the owners (they are sisters) is usually part of the cleaning team! They are thorough, reliable, the price reasonable and leave the house with nice finishing touches that make it feel (for one night anyway!) a bit like a hotel. Since this house was three times the mess and twice the size of the last one I really didn't think they would get everything within the two hour time limit- but they did! I have never had anyone clean my house before and was reluctant to do so. I recently had surgery and was not able to do it so I researched extensively cleaning services in Beaverton. I had two things in mind for what I wanted from the service, someone that was licensed and bonded and also that they would not be here cleaning all day. There was a team of 3 girls that came and they were in and out in 2 hours! My house was cleaned the way I would have cleaned it which made me very, very happy!!
