Terrible - worst customer service ever - avoided my calls - issues with every shipment - they couldn't even package the doors correctly and they all came damaged. When the second shipment arrived the same. I was left to find a local vendor to redo the laminate faces of all the doors. The hinges and thin mdf jambs are not supportive enough for these heavy doors. They don't comprehend the basic fundamentals of creating a solid product and do not deserve to be in business at all. Run, don't walk away! Spent $25,000 with Scott Kunice, and whether language barrier or other reason, what was ordered was not what was delivered. After suing Dayoris to get them to make it right, I dismissed the suit with the understanding they'd correct it. Instead, they sent me the wrong door again. They've been added back to the lawsuit. Very happy with our doors - they have been up for over 10 years without a problem - I have recently emailed them for adjustments and needed minor repairs here and there - still to hear from them - however I expect they will be just as good with this as they were when doors were originally installed - we receive many compliments when people visit our beach apartment - we feel that the doors are priced right as they are high end materials and over all look. So, about 3 years ago, I contacted Dayoris Doors to finish my elevator lobby doors and molding. It was a very expensive job. Now, 3 years later, I have contacted them multiple times and they never return a Call. I finally got in touch with them. They informed me that the only way they would consider the repair is if it were a minimum of $10,000 . Yikes, I explained I needed a small repair and not looking for a warranty or a freebie. They flatly refused to do the repair and told me to go find some touch up paint. Please do not use this company. I had a project for a feature wall in a home and was looking to use their panels with stainless strips on a wall. Everything on their website for Dayoris Group which is the site for their panels say's the price is $18/sq ft. I ordered a full size panel as a sample for the project as well as another material sample. After checking out, I get an email from Melissa saying they got the payment but not the order. So I go to the website, under the account that was set up. I see my order and copy and paste the content of the order into a response email to her. I thought it was odd they didn't know what I ordered, but things happen so I brushed it off. I got a response from Melissa saying: "Sorry, but we are no longer providing these panels at this price or in this quantity. They are now $30 per sq ft and we have a $5,000 minimum oeder. Your order will be refunded." NOTHING on the website indicates this and in fact shows $18/sq ft. They want $30 for particle board and laminate? I don't know if this was an attempt to blow me off as a customer or what they are doing but in any case I would never trust them and will take my business elsewhere as they appear to be shady with this kind of bait and switch. I surely wouldn't make a larger order of the required $5000 minimum (which is not indicated on the site if that was really a minimum) without seeing their product first. read more

I ordered 17 doors and a custom large TV wall unit for my Sunny Isles Beach condo. From start to finish, my experience with Dayoris was excellent. Both owners and management provided me with the most professional service I had a received from a company I contracted. They were very attentive to all my concerns. The installation crew was fast and worked very clean and finished the job with the quality that I expected. Great custom service all around and I high recommend them to anyone. read more

Dayoris is awful! They use cheap materials and charge high prices. I've had my doors for 2 years and they are not lined up therefore, do not close. My neighbor has the same problem. Tonight while watching tv I heard a loud crash. Above my door frame large panels of wood crashed down onto the floor. We could have been seriously injured. Had this company do some work for me on a rental property inwhich I had paid cash upfront for the service needed. After the work was completed I had inspected it and noticed that there was a visible gap in the front door that was causing sound/light pass through from the hall. I had contacted them about this and even was escalated to the CEO. From there I was promised a quick turn around and was given a schedule date for repair. I ensured that the current tenants were available and would be there for the appointment. This ended in a no call no show. After many attempts to contacted the owner back I was never even given a call back. From here I called the company directly and left many messages until I was responded back by another employee. At this time I was promised that they would find out what happened and give me a call back to reschedule. I was never called back and never received another appointment. Ive since then called multiple times but still yet to receive a call back. I highly recommend not to pay upfront for this service and especially not in cash. Very unprofessional. I hired this company for a custom TV unit for a client of mine and not only did they fail to communicate with me but after waiting almost two month for the piece, many failed attempts to get an update, false information regarding delivery and such, and receiving the piece completely incorrect to the original design and plans that were approved the Piece was delivered incorrectly and taken back to be fixed where they requested full payment for the piece even after they made the whole unit incorrect and failed to fix the unit. They refused to fix the TV unit until they received full payment AFTER they confirmed they had made the mistake. The owner of the store Scott Kucine not only disrespected myself and my client but used foul language to basically say that if we didn't like it we could take our business else where even if we had already payed them over $4,000 upfront. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. I wish I would have checked the reviews in the better business bureau and noticed the amount of complaints they've received.
