It was Sunday June 7, 2026 around 9:00 am when we arrived. It was a mad house. We turned in on the lane that takes you directly to the gas pumps. We were driving for a while and just decided to park so we could go in and use the restroom and get something to eat. After using the spotless restroom and cleaning up, we went to get our food. As I said, the place was an absolute madhouse, but it was good madness. To see so many people packed in one place with smiles and looks of joy on their faces. Great time's. I know it's just a rest stop but it's so much more. This place just makes people happy. It was still breakfast time so they were still serving the incredible brisket tacos. I absolutely love just the brisket taco with their green salsa. It's amazing! My taco was packed with brisket and comes on the fresh made tortillas they make right there in the store. My wife loves the brisket and egg taco just plain the way it comes. They are equally as good and also loaded with brisket and a good amount of egg. After getting our food, we went and got a few of the new Buc-ee's America 250 merchandise. We just got a couple of t-shirts and a fridge magnet. There is anything you can imagine in the merchandise section. After checking out, we went to our car to eat our food. Sitting there eating we just watched a non stop line of cars pulling in. It was like it was timed perfectly. Every vehicle seemed like they were spaced out the perfect distance from one another. It was like it was choreographed. We sat there for about a half hour watching this. It was hilarious. When we finished eating, we went to fuel up before getting back on the road. This particular day the gas was $3.47 a gallon. When we got back to Cave City, the gas was $3.74. Even with all of those cars coming in, there was no waiting to get to a gas pump. Buc-ee's is a fun place to stop in and grab a snack, have some awesome brisket, pulled pork, or beef jerky. It's just a wonderful place.

So I guess all combined make it Fastway 17 Located in a cute little small Country town. My family and some friends were taking a trip to cave city for the day to visit crystal onyx cave. I guess our friends gps who we were following took us almost an hour out of the way and dropped us off in a nearby Forrest that ran on a one lane gravel road through the woods for 3 miles and ended at a grave yard. Evidently this lane was actually mammoth cave National park. I'm not sure we was supposed to be driving in the area we was. Regardless we turned around and right back into the town is this gas station. The inside is pretty big and has some good actual food options like burgers and fish sandwiches. They also have a hunts pizza. The bathrooms were very gross and the men's room had no soap. That was unfortunate. The kids got some drinks and snacks. So overall this town market did the trick for what we needed. Bathrooms need work and they have a small identity crisis and not sure what they want to be called.

Moved to Eastview KY. This is our local gas station and the only one…read more It's a busy intersection. The inside has a deli with lunch specials. BP has an app the allows you to use the pumps any time and you get a 5cent discount. This particular location does not shut the pumps off at night. Meaning you could use your bank card even when the store is closed. This is however a DRY county ‍! No alcohol sales. Family owned and they are present everyday.
