Good morning! It's time for coffee and here we are. Love's does a good job with consistently keeping their coffee bar tidy and stocked throughout the day. I had no problem getting a cup, adding a few ice cubes, a few creamers and then filling it to the top with the good stuff. If you're patient, you can get it ground and brewed to order though the same coffee is in an urn too. Restrooms were clean, coffee was good, lots of snacks available and plenty of cold drinks. This Love's has a Chester's Chicken and a Subway if either of those appeal to you. Parking is easy even if towing with designated spaces for longer vehicles. They have a gas discount app that gives you off .10 a gallon. The gas prices are already good here. They also have really clean restrooms. There is also a Hardee's restaurant attached if you need some food. The store is also stocked with food and snacks. It is a good stop when traveling on Western Kentucky Parkway. read more

Is a peaceful place if you have to stay over night and they are clean..... my only problem is the dog park it's not the employee duties to clean up are someone dog and it's not the groundskeeper problem either if you have a dog clean up after it it don't matter if it's in or outside the fence there are kids that go in with their pest and parents they shouldn't have to step in your dog poop cause you are being lazy nasty among other things cause yall keep it up they're not going to be places your dog and run and then I hope they eat your cars just saying read more

Do not come here for truck service. Waited 4 hours to get in a bay with only one truck in front of me. Then 3 more hours to change 4 trailer tires. Lots of smoke breaks and walking around, though. They are in no hurry to do anything here. read more

Very clean and conveniently located before heading into the abyss... As there are no other stops for a while on W. Kentucky Parkway! I had to make an emergency type stop at this location. It's so new that they were still completing landscaping operations that are normally finished before a company opens for business. It was a quick visit for me, and almost all of my time there was spent working on my load. Soon, I was back on the road. Newly opened Love's Travel stop just at the end of the Western KY Parkway. It is easy to get to and the gas prices are lower here. Plenty of rooms around the pumps to pull in with a trailer, and the rest rooms are clean. There is also a Hardee's here. read more

5 stars just on their bathrooms alone! They have 5 stalls, the most I've ever seen for a stand alone gas station. Way to go!

Between business and pleasure, I find myself passing through Elizabethtown at least once a week. It is an ideal pit stop for those traveling on either direction of the I-65 Interstate. For those driving northwards to Louisville, Kentucky (or beyond), I suggest stopping here for gas. Prices are typically at least twenty cents cheaper when compared to easy jumping off points of the I-65 North stretch. I have witnessed a price difference of as much as sixty cents when compared to a downtown Louisville gas station, at one point. For those driving to other regions of Kentucky (or beyond), Elizabethtown may be the last place to take advantage of a decent gas station for quite some time. I like Love's Travel Stop because it seats on a corner of highway that meets the Western Kentucky Parkway and I-65 North Interstate. This allow for a quick and easy transition from interstate driving to meeting my travel needs. The facility is well organized and carries an abundance of products that are not carried at competitors. Auto gear, clothing, and entertainment items sit alongside beloved road trip snacks and beverages. Restrooms are numerous and have always been clean & tidy when I have visited. Since Love's always provides exactly what I need, I say five stars for this location! read more

The only reason I have chosen Love's in the past is their inclusion of nondairy Silk Oatmilk creamers in the coffee section. They no longer seem to be offering it. They also have to other non dairy products such as soy, almond or oat. Oh well. read more

I didn't even want to leave a 1 star. My husband and I drove from Southern Indiana all the way to store #716 to return a blue parrot headset I bought him on May 23, 2022. I didn't have the paper receipt with me but I did have the digital receipt on my Love's app. The assistant manager Eugene Paul seemed confrontational & absolutely 100% unwilling to accept my return with my proof of purchase. I went back outside and brought my husband in with me; Where he and I proceeded to try and explain to Eugene Paul that the policy states a receipt OR proof of purchase are valid to return anything to ANY LOVE'S travel center. He still refused to allow us to return it. Mind you-it was $264.99 after taxes. Then he kept saying it was per his General Manager whom he called J. We asked what Jay's last name or last name first initial was...at which time he replied in a very unprofessional tone: "I''m not giving you that information". We eventually left that store and drove to the Shepardsville location where we not only received a full refund; but we were also given the GM's name of store #716. It is Jay M. Thanks for nothing Eugene Paul. You are not an asset to Love's Travel Center...if anything...your management skills coupled With your customer service skills are very poor and I'm honestly not sure how you even got into a management position to begin with! Also; we will not be doing business with this location again and lastly; my husband and I are both truck drivers and we've never been treated so poorly at a Love's Travel Center until today. read more

I travel to lietchfield, ky a couple of times a month. There is a new ...well fairly new gas station here which has become my favorite place to stop. It is conveniently located off of wk pkwy. It is easy to get off and on the hwy. place is clean and well lit. Also I find the gas here is always 5-20cents cheaper than in Louisville so this is where I fill up. There is a Hardee's restaurant attached also. I have not been inside for anything yet but will rate again when I do but for now this is a great place to stop for gas! read more

Very clean establishment. Restrooms were very nice and well maintained. Everything was automatic. Employee was sanitizing each door handle and lock. I was very impressed with the set up and cleanliness. We will make this our regular stop from now on. read more

Most of the staff was helpful and friendly. The place all around seemed pretty cleaned and well stocked. Prices on some things were a little high but that's to be expected. Overall the place wasn't that bad. My one problem is like most places they have a meth addict running their mid-day shift and no one seemed to care. At this Elizabethtown store a young lady Jenn or Jenna was supposely in charge and as I wonder around, it was clear they had a drugy in charge. We did go on to purchase a few items after resting for a bit but the longer we stayed around the more obvious it became. On our way back to the car we noticed her and a man at her car and as we got closer they exchanged something before noticing us walking by. This is a sad situation where a nice new store is being lead by yet another addict. Can we not drug test these people to keep them from ruining another place. Maybe they can get her help or let her go so she can get the help she needs. Next time we're they there we won't be stopping there. I for one can't support a place that hires and supports drug users in anyway. read more
