"Disgusting" says it all. Days Inn seemingly has no pride. From the deceptive, clueless, hard sell out of India to the rude front desk to the night spent being feasted upon by bed bugs to the joke of an included breakfast, I'm at a loss to understand how this location (at least) stays in business. The non-smoking room wreaked of smoke. The room was dirty, ratty, damaged, stinky... the one sink had a dried spit splotch right where you stand. The cleanest part, surprisingly, was the tub which appeared to have been recently replaced. Despite lying our heads down at 2 AM, we got out of there ASAP, bright and early. Went for breakfast and they had no food at 8am breakfast is from 6 am till 9am. Pool had no water. Bugs crawling on bathroom floor and sheets had stains and tv was fuzzy.2 days there and swapped to different motel for 5 dollars more and have pool and very nice rooms and real good people and they gave me breakfast at 11:30 am and it wasn't there problems but it was good breakfast. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is dirty, smells and quite frankly isn't worth any amount they charge. There was garbage in the elevator and along the walk ways. Graffiti inside the elevator and the ice machine on the floors are inoperable. The air unit in the room has exposed wires that are at least capped off. An outlet on the wall is uncovered. The continental breakfast is ancient waffle makers and bread. Coffee & juice. Cereal While staying here our toilet broke and they were mainly concerned with when I checked in and if it was broke then. Really? Their solution was wait til the morning. Oh that's fine I'll wait but unfortunately for the plumber I start my day off with a newspaper so I apologize sir for your crap hole motels policies. I've stayed here twice on the third floor and the rooms were fine but during my most recent and last stay here our room was on the ground floor and it was in very poor condition. The drywall near and on the ceiling was in bad shape in numerous places and there was mold scattered all over the upper part of the walls throughout the room, especially in the bathroom area around the shower and mirror. Not only was the room a health hazard, but the shower barely drained, the lamp shades were yellowed, the phone was covered in stains, and to top it all off there was a dead spider in the bathroom. There were a good amount of TV channels, though. When I went to get waffles that tasted off from the disappointing continental breakfast with watered down juice I asked the front desk clerk who turned out to be the manager about getting a partial refund for the room but he told me that was impossible since I didn't complain earlier and had already stayed in it the entire night. I then asked him if he could give me Wyndham Rewards points for my stay and he thought that I wanted to check out and with yet even more attitude said I couldn't do that since I was bringing breakfast back to the room. Once it was time to check out I asked another front desk attendant about getting a partial refund for the room's problems and she asked if I had talked to someone earlier and when I said yes she informed me that I had talked to the manager and that she could not override his decision and there was nothing she could do. I was surprised that I had talked to the manager earlier since he was so rude, but if you have any issues whatsoever with your room you better alert the front desk immediately and then experience the pleasure of moving from room to room until you hopefully find a good one or forget about ever getting your problems resolved or even some of your hard-earned money back. read more

We have stayed at many Days Inn motels, but this one has been the worst so far. On our way to the room on the 3rd floor via the outside stairs, there were several piles of garbage stacked up outside the hallway entry doors. This was around 9pm at night, so it wasn't the cleaning crew saving garbage for a trip down the stairs. When we got to our room, which was a non-smoking room, we noticed a plastic bag tied around the smoke alarm, and the bedding smelled like an ashtray. We also noticed the floor was dirty, as if it had not been vacuumed in a while. The sink drain did not work (drained very slow) and the bathtub had black mold growing all over in it. But the kicker was when we went to hang up some clothes on a hanger, we noticed that one of the hangers had a small piece of used toilet paper and dried crusty feces on the end of one of the hangers. I asked the front desk for a different room, but was told there were none available. I did not try to argue for a refund and attempt to look for a different hotel as it was late and everyone was tired. We just slept on top of the covers and opted for no showers. Left as early as possible. A no-star rating would have been better. read more

Absolutely disgusting..... We reached here at 1.00 am after our flight from NJ....The lady at the counter was not at all friendly....She gave us our key...and we were taken to our room....As soon as we opened the room, it was a mess...There were bags, clothes, food, cigarettes lying everywhere which clearly indicated that someone was already staying there....The room was dirty....They gave us a room which was already taken and they weren't even aware of that...When we went back to the lobby, the lady didn't even find the need to find us another room....Just said that she would refund the money and we were pretty glad and left immediately....The neighborhood was not friendly at all.... read more

Stay away from this hotel. I was checked into a room that wasn't suppose to be rented out! You can see the pictures of the ceiling and bathroom. Because I was so tired that I stayed in it. The next morning plaster from the water damaged ceiling fell on me. I notified the manager and they said I wouldn't be charged for the night. I needed to stay another night so they moved me to a different room. That room's bathroom sink leaked so again I was moved into another room. That room's toilet didn't have the seat or lid attached as you can see from the pictures. Plus there was significant damage in the bathroom area as well. Overall this was a horrible hotel. Oh boy. Iv stayed in some questionable areas in my life but this was just gross. None of the light switches worked and arriving at 11 pm having to use our cell phones for light until we found the lamp plug to plug into the wall just sucked. This hotel was closed, completely renovated and now has new owners. It is wonderful. Come in to enjoy brand new mattresses, sheets, pillows, etc. New flooring, paint and even the landscaping. It goes far and above new and improved. read more

I arrived at 2am exhausted. I was given a room on the third floor (341) and my first night I got a few bug bites white sleeping. In the morning I saw a bug on my pillow. When I touched it, it exploded with my blood. It wasn't a bedbug, but I do not know what it was other than it had feasted on me. After telling the front desk this, the manager gave me a new room on the first floor (106). The third floor room looked to be in much better shape, but bugs biting me is a huge no-no. The bug bite on my thigh lasted a full week and itched like crazy. The 1st floor room was in horrible shape. The sheets and pillowcases had weird stains, there was pubic hair and cheese (!) underneath the pillowcase, and there were cum stains. There was mold on the curtains, water damage on the ceiling, and numerous other issues. The free breakfast was waffles, dry cereal, coffee, and apple juice. There were no gluten-free options nor fruit. Why 2 stars instead of 1? Truly it probably earned 1.5 stars. It could have been worse. At $40/night after all taxes, my expectations were low, I slept well after the first night, and felt safe. read more

This hotel is ok but not great, but needs MAJOR improvement in terms of preparation. The first room assigned to me looked like someone was packing up to move out but I informed the front desk about it and the immediately assigned me to another room which was ready to go and better prepared. TV selection is limited but there is free Wi-Fi, an exercise room with only a bike and a treadmill, a laundry room amd free continental breakfast. If the continental breakfast doesn't work for you, there is a Cracker Barrel on Southlake Rd. 10 miles from Hartsfield-Jackson and off the I-75, this place serves its purpose for those looking for a cheap hotel to stay without breaking the bank. read more

The sink in my room was clogged with cigarette butts. Remember this was a non-smoking room. What ultimately made me check out before I even opened the suitcase was that the room smelled profusely like urine. Hello I stayed at Days Inn a Wyndham Hotel in Morrow Georgia and my room was infested with bed bugs. I assumed it was mosquitoes as it is still warm. I checked in my room Tuesday September 13 and paid with Cash. Friday September 16 after 3 days of excessive itching I pulled back my covers and located the cluster of bed bugs. I have several pictures and videos as well as marks on my body. I've been feeling nauseous since Thursday and had no idea why. The bed bugs have bit up a great part of my upper body and they have swollen up. The hotel doesn't seem to care and I am deeply disturbed , and in mental and physical pain. I have went to the emergency room have been prescribed medicine. I received a comp room until I could speak with management and upon return from the emergency room we were also bitten by bed bugs. This hotel should be condemned. The "No Refund" sign in the office should be enough to make you turn and run. Upon entering the room noticed how outdated everything was. One of the beds sheets looked like someone skeezed on it. The other beds sheets were inside out including the pillow cases. The floor in the bathroom squeaked. There was a hole in the porcelain by the drain of the sink. No toilet seat cover. Live roach next to the tv. Carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in months. If I had a few million laying around, I would buy this place and hook it up. It is in serious need of a whole new makeover. It's the worst Days Inn I have ever stayed in. I have never seen so many roaches before in my life!!! There were bags of trash sitting on the ground at the corners of each floor...basically a welcome mat for roaches. I killed about 7 roaches and 2 baby spiders. Towels and bed shits had stains on them. I never used the shower. I just waited to bathe when I got to my destination. The power went out..all the way out for a few minutes then popped back on. Don't know what happened there!! Some of the TV channels weren't working or had really low volume. I had to ask for a remote control from management. The window curtain fell & they came to put it back up. It was still raggedy when "fixed". Sleep was ok except for the bug issue. The room stinks, the window is cloudy and dirty, the AC can't cool the room, the lighting is really bad and these are just what I noticed after the first 1 hour of being here. The pool is closed upon arrival and when asked why the pool is closed during the hottest months of the year, they did not give a reason. When I walked by the pool it was apparent why it was closed. The water was greenish, yellow and appeared to be stagnant up until recently due to the amount of bubbles that were floating on top of the water. The staff is rude and does not care about anyone but themselves and their personal life. The room service personnel were sitting down with feet up and didn't acknowledge anyone nor were they helpful when I asked for an additional towel as the one in my bathroom had a yellow stain on it. Days Inn should fire the person who manages this place and start over. Do not stay here, you are better sleeping in your car. read more

This was the most repulsive hotel I've ever seen. Mold in rooms, cigarette ashes all over non smoking rooms. I have asthma and allergies and take three different medications so i can breathe, the first night almost killed me. The whole building smelled of marijuana. Mattresses being changed out were left all over the property for the entire weekend. There was trash everywhere and an old toilet out by the pool. We had to beg towels from the desk and when we did get them they were covered in pubic hair. Our third floor hallway had no access to an emergency exit because it was blocked with mattresses. All surfaces of the room had not been wiped clean, there were sticky substances on the desk and night stand. Staff was not polite or knowledgeable. We traveled from Ohio to spend the weekend with my stepson who is stationed in Hinesville, he drove 3 hours to stay in a trash hole. There were no vacancies even near us so we had to stay. We booked 5 days here thru the Expedia app! The price was very cheap and they were gracious to even allow us to check-in earlier since we were tired and just arrived from IL driving all night long. However, the room look ok but smelled bad which would be very bad for my asthma... So we cancelled rather then upgrading the room and we were surprised of a possible cancellation fee of 1 night but after Expedia rep contacted the manager of hotel they waived the fee so I'm happy! read more

I arrived here on 2/18/17. Where to start where to start? Let's start with us pulling up to the property and seeing a broken window on the second floor and having the man at the front desk tell us that someone got into a fight the week before. Here are the problems I had with the 3 rooms I reserved. 1. The first set of rooms: 1 room smelled really bad and another room the housekeeping lady stopped us at the door because the toilet was overflowing. So we went back to the front desk to get reassigned to different rooms 2. In the 2nd set of rooms: 1 room HAD NO BED. That's right I said no bed, they looked like they were upgrading the rooms. I just don't understand how the man at the front desk just did not seem to have a clue about ANYTHING that was going on at the hotel. So back to the front desk we went, why I don't know because at this point we definitely were not going to stay at this hotel. He thought by offering us one free day that was going to make us stay but no no no. 3. He still tried to assign us to 3 more different rooms, so if we are keeping count we have no seen 9. 9! different rooms and with the last set of rooms, the front desk associate informed us that the tv had been stolen out of one of the rooms. At this point we definitely had enough. We left. As we were moving from room to room, about 3 or 4 other groups of people left this property after checking in and seeing the condition of these rooms. Moral of this story, don't be me, heed this warning. Even though it is cheap IT IS NOT WORTH IT. I didn't listen to the reviews and wasted basically all day trying to go back and forth. Pay a little more, stay somewhere nicer. You will thank me later. read more

If I could put 'no star' I WOULD! Got here after a 6+ hour drive with a toddler. We waited to check in for 45 minutes! We finally bring our stuff up to our room and I walked right back out. If I attempted to shower here, I wouldn't feel clean. There's no way that I'd allow my son to sleep here. So we cancel our room that seemed way to easy to do. Well I checked my account a few moments later, they charged us AGAIN! So I ask the guy at the desk to please call his manager. He refuses. So I said would you rather me call the cops seeing as you have hookers and drug dealers standing outside every room here? He said yes. There's mold. The rooms are awful smelling. When my wife's cousin arrived, the room she was given was in bad shape, so they changed her to another room. This other room was also in horrible condition with a broken window, stained furniture with holes in it, and just really horrible. Turns out this place also houses homeless, and she did not feel safe AT ALL. I had to scramble to book another hotel and was able to find something else. Filthy place! The sheets are filthy, the place is falling apart, three of the four lamps in the room don't work, there is sexual lubricant packages as well as toilet paper all over the bushes. Once we walked into this Hotel I already knew this place was going to be a nightmare. I'm gonna describe the elevator, hallway, room, bed sheets, floor, bathroom ... in one word - DEPLORABLE! My friend and I slept on the chair because we couldn't stand the smell of the bed sheets. Also, I want to mention that I ran into 3 crackheads on the hallway sitting on the floor next to my room. This was probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke. There was hair on the sheets. Hair on our face towels. The front of the air conditioner/heater fell off. The ice machine on our floor didn't work. There was a piece of gum stuck on the wall. The carpet hadn't been vacuumed in who knows when. The elevator broke the day after we checked in - thank God we weren't handicapped or we might have been stuck on the 3rd floor. And there was trash sitting outside the front lobby the entire time. I mean...it was HORRIBLE!!! Do NOT stay at this hotel!!!!!! I think the worst thing was that the staff didn't give a crap about the complaints. Just gross. First day as soon as I pulled up a very obese woman was just laying on the floor, with everything exposed. No one said anything to her, and she didn't bother to even move as I walked by with my luggage. Not sure if she was a guest or what, but that's not the worst. I get my room on the ground level, which smelled like mold, the bathtub was dirty, and the carpet was completely wet as if a flood had recently happened there. There were was also a hole on the wall which seemed to be recently plastered, yet not finished since it wasn't repainted to match the wall. So I requested a different room and the front desk gave me one on the 3rd floor. The room itself was about 10 times better than the first floor however the door for the hall way that should've been secured for entry only by using your room key was broken, the hall way smelled of mold and humidity, the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in months, garbage was all over the outside of the hallway, everything just thrown in the corner piled up, cigarette butts everywhere, empty blunt wrappers, blunt guts, ashes, and dirt everywhere. The elevator floor always had some sticky substance as if someone kept spilling soda or juice on a daily basis, finger prints and dirt all on the elevator walls, even the welcome carpet in the front lobby looked like it had not been vacuumed in years. One of the reasons I booked was for the pool. It was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen. The water looked green and murky. Garbage was everywhere in the pool area, broken beer bottles and empty beer cans, full ashtrays, trash on the pool area floor, needless to say, I didn't use the pool for these reasons. I had to thoroughly check every night all my bedding and also my towels, which some I had to throw on the floor and not used since they had weird questionable stains on them. The bathtub was another gross part to this hotel. Not clean and with weird stains. 2 of the 6 days I stayed there, my room wasn't serviced to the point where I ran out of toilet paper. I had to request the front desk to make sure my room was serviced several times before it actually was. Then the towels didn't seem clean at all. Not sure if they were just recycling towels and bedding among the rooms or what. Unfortunately I booked though Expedia as a car hotel combo, with no refund and paid upfront, so I was stuck. Needless to say, this was just a place to lay my head, since I didn't spend much time there since it was so dirty and rundown. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Also the pictures on the website are not what the hotel looks like currently. Not sure if they are just stock photos or maybe in past during better times. Never again. So lucky I didn't experience the bug problems as I have read other guests have, however one of the cleaning ladies told me about the bug problem and offered to spray my room with bug spray. just in case. I should've read the reviews before booking, lesson learned. I would give this a -1 star if I could. This place needs to be shut down. read more
