    This is how I found my bed upon check in.  Dirty sheets & slept in

    Checked in and discovered that my bed was previously slept in! You could literally see the outline of someone's body and sheet marks. I went to the Fri t desk and the lady really did t have anything to say- another employee had to finally interject and offer to come into my room and change out my bedding. Hotel in general is not clean, the standard breakfast buffet is nit your typical Hampton choices- no milk, no yogurt, no hot eggs... we always stay at Hilton properties- just will not be back here. Front desk never even offered any credit or anything for the inconvenience.

    I stayed this past Friday nite and was pleased. Hotel was quiet, and the bed was clean and comfortable. My only issue was the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, but since there were plenty of towels, I put two or three down on the floor to absorb and didn't put any more thought to it The continental breakfast was the standard fare of mediocre oatmeal and lukewarm turkey sausage, so I grabbed a yogurt and headed out for the day. We were able to hook up our Firestick to the TV in our room since as hilton honor members/and att customers we got free wi-fi

    My family and I stayed here last night and I am so happy! We booked two rooms and when we checked in, the manager, Ms. Michelle, was kind enough to put us in adjoining room. The manager and entire staff was kind, welcoming, helpful & extremely professional. The hotel was VERY clean (inside & out). The rooms were renovated and they look beautiful & modern. The free breakfast was great, plentiful & a nice selection to choose from. The hotel is in a nice, convenient location & this is officially my hotel & location of choice whenever I'm traveling to or through Georgia. Big thank you to the entire staff! You all are awesome!

    Above and Beyond Guest Services. Hampton Inn Atlanta Southlake has always delivered exceptional levels of services every time I visit. This beautiful hotel is only minutes from Southlake Mall and the Atlanta Zoo. I always feel welcome and very comfortable during my relaxing stay at this hotel. Most of all I enjoy the luxury bathrooms with a huge bath tub with extra complimentary toiletries. I also enjoy their free hot breakfast in the morning with fresh fruit and juices. Hampton Inn Southlake has a fully stocked food and grocery area near the front desk. The free internet Wi-Fi services are very nice to have, if you are traveling with kids. This awesome fun hotel has a wonderful outdoor pool and a 24-hour fitness center. Special thanks to Hampton Inn Atlanta Southlake, front desk clerk Nesha. She has always, went above and beyond guest services each time I stayed with my son.

    Stayed here enroute driving to Florida from Tennessee and liked the location as it was past the traffic snarl of downtown Atlanta. Plus it was almost $40 cheaper than another place just 20 minutes away! The night staff were great - helped me book over the phone and honored my Hilton honors discount rate when the website wouldn't let me book for that night itself. When I arrived it was a smooth checkin although they close the main entrance doors after midnight and so you have to press a button on the right side of the door for the desk staff to let you in. Comfy beds, great air-con, hot water on demand and very peaceful! I slept too late to check out their breakfast but otherwise can totally recommend stopping here for the night if looking for a layover! Note: #128 of Yelp 100 challenge for 2016

    I had a good stay. I was worried they had bed bugs after I saw the bags on the windows. I read one review stating it was in 2015. I am pleased to announce there wasn't. The bags was due to renovations. The breakfast was good as well. I would definitely stay again.

    Stayed one night just to rest before heading home. Although the room wasn't bad, it really needs an update, like YESTERDAY! Seems the only upgrades to the rooms have been the flat screen tvs, the added outlets/usb ports and the ummmm, that's it! The beds are comfy and the pillows are nice. The bathroom has outdated wallpaper that reminds me of my grandmother's house when I was a kid...keep in mind, I am now a grandmother :/ so does that tell you something? The floors and molding around the baseboards are disgusting, but again, this was only for one night...THANK GOODNESS!

    Well, unfortunately, I'm going to have to update my review on this hotel to a 1 star. I recently stayed there for a solid 7 days and am now absolutely COVERED in bed bug bites!! I don't know how in the world I was eaten alive in the last 3 days of my stay and not prior, but oh my goodness...the results are Biblical. I've washed everything I own several times and am just hoping I didn't bring them back with me. I stayed in room 226. I am sad to say I will no longer be staying here, I really loved the hotel staff and breakfast, but I'd advise staying somewhere else to avoid this plague.

    I did read a recent review before making my reservation and I can't believe it was the same location. After a quite pleasant check in we found the room did not have a clean smell, was shabby, furniture was chipped unkempt. There appeared to be large groups checked in so it was noisy till about 10 or so. Went to get ice and discovered the machine was out on that floor and the next we were told. One of 2 elevators was out as were the lights on the slow working one. My husband has a bad ankle. We asked at the front desk if they could get the ice and a young man told my husband they don't do that just keep trying the ice machines to find one that would work. A second request to the front desk got us ice about 30 minutes later, after the young man got back from his break. I asked for an adjustment on the bill because it was THE worst hotel and the worst Hampton Hotel in 50 yrs of travel I received a very condescending reply from the young lady at the desk. This makes me wonder why I signed up for HH program? I attached pictures but didn't take the chipped furniture- you will have to believe me on that!

The room was on the third floor. It was extremely quiet for a hotel. That was impressive. The room smelled good, clean and tidy. There was a big TV mounted on the wall. What I like about these rooms is they have a built in bench against the wall for seating or to store luggage. There was a modern chair in the room. The bathroom is spacious with a sizable shower. Glass doors and no shower curtain is always a plus. There is also a wardrobe style closet, refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker. They even had pods that were tea as well as coffee. The lobby is modern designed. Nice comfortable seating. A business center is available in the main lobby. I did not get to eat there but there was breakfast. As I was walking out the door, I noticed a they also have an ATM. Very convenient.

Restroom was incredibly filthy it was suppose to be a non smoking facility but you could see deals being done right in the front. This place should be demolished! Completely disgusting. We had to book our second night elsewhere not to mentioned they charged us $380 guys!!!! Worst thing about it all, some of our belongings were missing. Good thing I listened to my gut and took my valuable things.

The room and bathroom were impressively large, providing ample space to relax and unwind. Having traveled several years for work, this large space was incredible and not the norm. Our room was disappointingly next to the elevator but surprisingly we did not hear any commotion from it. Even though I checked in after midnight, the night auditor was kind and efficient, ensuring a smooth arrival despite the late hour. I pointed out the signage announcing the alarm testing next day. The night auditor did not seem to have been aware of the planned testing nor the timing so we hoped for the best. While we had planned to sleep in after our late check-in, our morning plans was sadly squashed when fire alarm testing began at 9AM and lended to a hasty departure. We showered, packed and darted downstairs. The three ladies at the front desk were in the middle of a lively conversation until they noticed we were ready to check out. Their immediate, warm attention left us in good spirits despite the rushed morning. Overall, despite a few early-morning hiccups, the spacious accommodations and kind departure service made our stay a positive one. I would recommend for others to stay in this convenient location and know the testing was a one off.

I missed a quarter of a movie because it would pause and then skip. The water was always hot and the pillows were really comfortable.
