This is my first time ever taking the time to write a negative review. There are multiple 1 star reviews essentially saying the same thing. The owner is very kind and friendly at first but once you give him the money and need say something like an inspection done, then he never picks up your calls or answers your texts. You have to go to your local town hall and have them contact him. We had a chimney liner installed late October of 2021. they charged us $4300 plus we had to pay $100 out of pocket for the permit that he was supposed to get before he started the job. They charged us $1,300+ more than the market value of the job and we thought we would get better service for paying more. We also talked him down from $5800 which he wanted initially. Another local company had quoted us $2,800 for the same job. They were in and out in half a day. They promised they would remove the debris but never did and left us with over 14 bags each weighing 50lbs+. There were sharp object from the old liner and I even cut my hand removing it myself. The liner they installed coming from the boiler to the chimney in our basement is bigger than the one we had before and it is poking out and I now have to duck under it to not burn my face. He also promised he was going to install an insulated liner around the pipe to prevent anyone from getting burned. Surprise, surprise....he never did. In conclusion, there are plenty other companies that do this work and I think it would be difficult to find a worse company. Do yourself a favor and get your work done elsewhere.

Their attention to detail, was incredible, they even went as far as matching the color of the gable vents to the new siding vs the standard white vent on every other home. All holes and corners were filled or caulked with color matched caulk. Every fixture had a white mounting block installed. They used high quality material and the installation was spot-on. At the end of the job, Pete did a full walk-thru with us and identified a couple minor 'punchlist' items. His crew came back the next day to address the issues. Pete even sent his guys back a few months after their contract was complete to add a dryer vent on our addition that I forgot to ask for while they were here. Their estimate, contract, and payment terms were clear and fair. We are very satisfied with the work completed by PJ Sullivan Exteriors and the timeframe in which it was completed. We are going to be back on schedule with everything in about 2 weeks. However, my best install crew goes on vacation 7/27 until 8/12. So now its ANOTHER 6 weeks so from March 18 we are now mid August 5 months later with only 1 day of work done. Finally I had enough and got the difference in my deposit back and had then change a lock which they installed improperly STAY away from this guy/company. He says 1 thing and does another. NO regard for the customer. From I'm away on my 60th bday golf weekend in Vegas. to I have diverticulitis, to we are backed up. I have never heard so many excuses before. We bought three vanities from Paramus Kitchen & Bath, one 49" and two 24", and when they were…read moredelivered, quality was well below expectations. All three units had rather big uneven gaps. The drawers on the big one are misaligned. They even installed top drawers in the exact spot where the sinks go, even though we bought the sinks and tops from them at the same time. Our contractor had to tear the drawers apart and reattach the fronts just to make the vanities usable. What is also interesting, when we ordered it, the salesperson did hand-drawing of the big vanity. This drawing is probably the only blueprint that was used during manufacturing. The paint on the edges is already wearing off. There are a couple of places where the primer is showing through. And the vanities we received look somewhat different from the showroom models, which had tight, clean gaps, not the big, uneven ones we got. We even stopped by the store to show them the issues. The person who took our order said she would send someone to our home to look at the problems. We never heard from her again. To be fair, the countertops are exceptionally good. But as we understand it, they are manufactured and installed by a different company that Paramus Kitchen & Bath subcontracts. After vanities were installed, they came to our home, took all the measurements, then in a few days they came again and installed countertops. Top quality. Out of our entire renovation, buying from Paramus Kitchen & Bath was the biggest mistake we made.
