BIG RIGS BEWARE! We…read moreare a 42' 5th wheel pulled by 1 ton dually with a second chase vehicle. We called ahead on a Saturday afternoon told them measurements were told, "should work fine." Paid and received confirmation online. To even enter the gate requires excellent pulling skills. There is a very sharp turn with protruding poles and a very sharp pole sticking out at slide out eye level. We missed it but took jockeying to do so. The "pull throughs" are NOT long enough to remain hooked or even have tow vehicle on same site. Let alone our chase vehicle. (We barely fit just our rig on it). To top it off the "overflow" was full. So we finally pulled in to empty site next to us and prayed no one showed up in middle up the night. (Office closed at 5:00 pm and not open at all on Sunday so no help or chance for refund and move on. (Even if they were there once you pull in off road there is no backing out. You have to enter park to get back to road. Traffic noise from I-10 is constant and loud at front of park where pull throughs are. We scouted after getting set and discovered leaving looks like it will also be an adventure with posts (signs saying keep off grass etc. on corners making potential damage to our unit a real concern. Wish us luck! Park seems clean and probably great near the back end for small rigs but AVOID this park if you are mid to high 30's or higher.

We stayed here 7 months and loved every moment! The park is clean, it has great amenities, and is PROFESSIONALLY managed with ONSITE managers. We we're able to go INTO the park office and retrieve our mail, (not find it laying in the laundry room for anyone to grab, ahem, HERV) or speak to a manager, PLUS WE COULD CALL a manager outside of office hours if needed. All the things that mean a lot as far as service goes. Our spot was on the water, so lovely! Hope to be back in this area again. Definitely recommend.

While we were there, the adjacent property had construction equipment running all day, and they were tearing down trees along the water's edge outside the park fence and leveling the ground. Our site was on the East side backed up to the property under construction. The noise didn't bother us too much as it was mostly during the day. I walked my leashed pup around the park a few times a day. They had pet clean up stations around the park to pick up after your pet. There was a pavilion with BBQ grill that you could use, as well as a playground for the kids. They also had a pool up by the office inside a gated area with rules posted. It was a good stop on our trip and I may return again if I'm in the area.

She was just a sweetheart and made our stay feel much more welcomed. The resort is basically brand new and still under construction. We had an RV site and it was leveled and hook ups were easily accessible. The amenities were great! We had access to the pool and hot tub so when the weather was nicer, we were there! The kids loved the jump pad. It was one of their highlights and a great work out for anyone who partakes. There's a small playground for the kiddos which I felt was a little small given that there is so much space available but there are so many other activities to choose from. There's a checker/chess table, which I LOVE! I think every park should have one. There's a group fire pit, a mini golf area, corn hole, etc. Just A LOT! My man never once smoked in the room he walked outside everytime. And this was not the first time me or family has had problems with this management. Very unfortunate because this is a decent hotel! If i could put zero stars i would do not come here if you have children if you want your moneys worth and definitely do not come here if you don't want a women asking you the same question you have answered 30 times or a man screaming in your face so close you can smell his breathe calling you names on top of that. I've been coming here for about a year now every time I'm in Houston working. I'm rating this a five for being an all around place to stay for us out of town workers.
