Stayed here for one night while traveling through. Looks like most everyone is long term, but it didn't look junked up like some do. It was very quiet and clean and it's gated. Sites are concrete with a picnic table. We wanted to stay hooked up to our 5th wheel and we were able to get a long pull-thru. Their WiFi worked great. Not too thrilled with the dog walk and they don't allow dogs by the pond. The dog walk was mostly overgrown, with a narrow strip mowed to walk your dog. We're used to more of a dog area where they can run around. Also, only have one set of bathrooms all the way at the office. That was really annoying, because we stayed hooked up and weren't able to use those at all. We thought we could stay on the way back, but we'll probably look for something else. read more

WARNING!!!!! Failing Infrastructure & Negligence If you care about the physical and electrical health of your rig, DO NOT STAY HERE!!! My family recently endured an absolute nightmare at this facility that resulted in replacing 2 ac motors followed by a total failure of management at both the local and corporate levels. The electrical pedestals at this park are incapable of delivering stable, code-compliant current to a premium rig under load. The voltage lines continuously drop to dangerous levels and the park suffers from severe failures. They agreed to move me to a different site. And that one was worse!!!! They lied about fake tests being ran to "correct the problem" I had to hire a master electrician and certified rv tech to verify the problem and still no cooperation. They even told me if they brought out an electric company that "I would be stuck paying for it!!!!" The slabs are severely cracked, shifting, and completely unlevel. Setting a heavy, high-end coach requires massive blocking adjustments just to stabilize. Furthermore, the grounds are poorly maintained, with dog poop everywhere throughout the park including your own site and nobody picks it up or cares. While they all ride around on their golf carts violating their own speed limit rule The customer service is horrible!!! If you dare complain about these severe infrastructure hazards, the women working the front desk become extremely rude, dismissive, and defensive. The corporate office was just as combative, and entirely non-accommodating to the infrastructure failures of their park. VERDICT: don't let the fluff PR marketing fool you! This park is a liability that will actively damage your equipment. Save your money protect your peace of mind, and park your rig somewhere with code-compliant power and professional management. There are several parks in the area that are brand new and are not over 26 years old and failing! 0/5 Stars. read more

Very friendly staff. It's a large, private park and very quiet. Seems to have long term workers living here. Nice people though . All cement pads & wide driveways to get to your big rigs in/out easily. We travel in a 43 foot Class A Coach ...... no problem maneuvering. Exceptionally nice BBQ areas available overlooking the catch & release pond. Large dog parks but not sure they've been used since weeds are overgrown. Probably because of all the recent rain storms. We don't have a pet, so no bother to us. A safe distance from downtown Houston but yet, close enough to get around. Highly recommended. read more

It is amazing what this resort does for the people that live her, They really take care of you. The kiddos are even extra watched over, Very comfortable and re3laxing. Sitting on the back porch swing is awesome! The Reck room is always clean and they have free popcorn and coffee, exercise spot, pool table, skeet ball. Laundry room is always clean, Last but not least The personnel is awesome. Sadly, this place is at the bottom of our list of RV camping locations we have stayed at, coast to coast. There was dog feces in and around our site constantly, despite telling the office. There were children of all ages playing in the streets and in our site completely unsupervised. One young child rode his bike into our coach. Luckily there wasn't any damage. I love dogs and children but both should be supervised. There is a lack of control and inspection by management. They need to patrol the area and enforce their rules. Would I stay there again? Absolutely not. I cannot recommend this place to others. read more

10/10 Absolutely will be back! Love this park! The management was super amazing for the duration of our whole stay, the mail/package services amazing and stress-free , everything is super clean from the laundry, showers, pool, Rec room, gym, even the outside pavilions and grills are clean! They really go above and beyond here!! Fresh coffee and popcorn daily! For the holidays like Halloween, they had a gathering for the children in the community with activities and games and cotton candy and a safe place for the children to collect candy, it was amazing! I can't think of one thing I would change, except for the fact that I had to leave. This resort really is amazing! As someone who has stay in a lot of rv parks, I recommend to everyone, from plant workers, retirees, or families with children or pets! (The dog walks are large and fenced!) I really believe that It's a spot for everyone! I hope you get to enjoy it as much as my family has! The nicest rv park I have ever visited. If you are looking for a camping type park this probably isn't what you are looking for because the entire park is almost all concrete, no wildlife, hiking trails, etc. BUT, if you are needing a long term or semi long term rv spot with all of the amenities, this is it! It is very well kept, management is nice, not overbearing, 24hr laundry, swimming pool, hot tub, community room, computer room, catch n release pond, common areas with gas grills, refrigerators and picnic tables, dog wash, dog walk, golf cart rentals, extra storage rentals, they have it all. Rates are a little higher than most and vary depending on rv size and rv spot, electric is not included. They don't have a ton of rules but the ones they have, they take pretty seriously, mainly speed limit (5mph) and picking up after your dog. It's reasonable though considering there are a lot of people that walk with their kids and/or dogs. If this sounds like what you are looking for, check them out. read more

The Good: The park has a nice lake with RV parking all around it. There is also a dog washing station and a lovely outdoor area with grill and firepit. The Bad: Dog feces EVERYWHERE! Initially after making a reservation and giving the size of our 5th wheel we were assigned a spot that was inaccessible due to trucks being parked all around and in front of the site, making it impossible to maneuver into. When we went back to the office to ask for a new spot, we were given a pull through that was surrounded by dog poop. I'm not talking a pile or two, more than a dozen large piles of dog poop were everywhere. We called the office, asked for someone to come clean up and were told "NO". Hubby went to the office to talk to them and learned that they KNEW about the dog poop problem and were unwilling to pick any up because they want the guy who's dog pooped to pick it up. The thing is, it's NOT just around one RV, it's throughout the entire park. With all the issues, I just don't know how they justify the very high prices they charge. It could be a very nice RV park worthy of 1/2 the price IF they would just be nice, welcoming and get the poop problem solved. After having to wait on hold while making our reservation to see if they could accommodate our stay, they made it seems like they were really full when it appears they are at more like 65 - 75% occupancy and considering all the issues, I'll be surprised if it doesn't go down steadily. I would have called the parent company, Quality RV Resorts out of Houston with my concerns but there is no contact number for them and the people running this resort obviously don't care. read more

I have been here a little over 2 months. I havent had any issues until this past Saturday March 31st. One of the relief managers came very angrily up to my driveway to berate my guest cause she thought he was speeding through the park. Neither him nor I were speeding and her approach was unnecessary and disrespectful. She cussed at him, yelled at him and was down right rude. I have had no issues with management until Louise came roaring into my life. She has no customer service skills and shouldn't be allowed to work with the public. read more

Well looks can be deceiving, park has everything you could want, we had had pack our rv down one weekend drove 6 hours got in the evening time the gates were closed and a long line of people trying to get in, while I was talking to the entercom this person on the other side said to park anywhere you might have to move, so we didn't unhook our rv we waited till we could talk to someone they said the office opened at 8 am, they came knocking on rv at 7 am I answer the door and i just woke up so I still not all the way awake and he got very rude with me as I was trying to explain what the gate person said that's why the truck was not unhooked! So we went to office to figure out where we could park, so got a spot and the power box had issues so we went back to office to have some one fix it they told us they didn't have a maintenance man on site, but the guy said he might be able to fix it so he came by, our rv was hanging over the pad 2 feet and he asked if we could pull our rv up so it didn't hang over we thought he was joking turned out he was serious, so my husband hooked back up and pulled it 2 feet and our rv hanged over in the road. Need less to say we moved down the road to a different rv park with cheaper rates we will never stay in this park or recommend it!! read more

We stayed here last fall. This park is very nice it has concrete pads, concrete roads and sidewalks throughout the park. it's a little sterile because it's new but it does have trees and landscaping. It's very pretty. The park offers mail services, free Wi-Fi, free computer and room exercise room and has a pool and hot tub and many other amenities. The laundry is super clean and is reasonably priced. The park is located within shopping, dining and entertainment while still being located in a country setting. The only draw back is that it is a little pricy and we had to pay separate fees for our cargo trailer which made the monthly cost higher than the average resort. But with good you have to trade a little bad. We will definitely be back. We are on our way to the Eastlake Houston location for a 6 month stay which is owned by the same company. So excited to return for a visit. read more

Travelers beware. Can't leave anything out. Been several coolers stolen in the last two months. Even a camper. Land managers don't give a sh#t about anything but there over priced park. No shade so your electric bill is about 300$ + a month for my 5th wheel. And they weren't smart enough to think about Winters's none of the water pipes are in insulated so when it's cold out side the turn the water off for as long as the temp is around freezing. And won't reimburse you for the inconvenience. Lots hold water and don't dry up. Left a couple things in the outside pavilion fridge over night and they threw it all in the trash. They to lazy to clean the pool on a daily basis and it builds up to a nasty mess. One of the best family holidays (4th of July ) and the pool was closed because they can't clean it read more

Outside park area is clean. Bathrooms and showers are not always clean; wet food on floors, grocery bags, hair, and other personal belongs left laying around in shower. Rec room are clean. WiFi is not "lightening fast" as the sign advertises. It is real slow , my husband could not even send work emails. Managers are rude! Even had a incident that occurred and they were ugly to my 8 year old son. Completely unprofessional. If it was not for the incident with my child I would have gave them 3 Star only bc I did not have to use the showers and bathroom up front regularly after being dirty on a couple occasions we just did not use them. read more

This RV resort is all it says and more. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The site itself appears to be new. It is very clean and well kept. The exercise equipment came in handy. Our family was attending the Royal Purple races, which was right up the road. The gate with coded access made me feel safe. I enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back next year. read more
