I would like to mention a young lady in the office named Heidi, she was very accommodating, answered all questions and followed up on our calls. She was a tremendous help, very knowledge, very professional and courteous. I notified her of damage to our front inside door, sent her picture of damage and stated she will notify the parts department. Still waiting to hear from the parts department of replacement of part to door. The office personal were very courteous and answered all of my questions I had for the repairs that were needed. I told him nicely that I don't want to give my information, we just want to look. He said for "liability purposes" we couldn't walk around their property without signing in (which is legally a complete lie as a public place of business). I replied, "No problem, we can just shop elsewhere". He said "Okay, no problem". As I walked out the door I said I looked forward to spending my money somewhere else. He said "Great!" This place would much rather have your personal info to badger you or sell to a 3rd party than make a sale. On our way to another dealership as I type this review to see if they want our money instead! Been shopping for a couple of months at multiple places & this is the only dealership that has refused us access to their lot. This was my first & last experience at this dealership.

Chris went way out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed for my repair project. It's safe to say, they know more about my RV than I do. And I've had a few over the years. I'd drive past a dozen places, to come back to this one.

My entire experience with this particular General location was incredible from start to finish. I will start with my first text messages and meeting with my sales manager George. He was knowledgeable, patient, supportive, personable, and reasonable. He was absolutely stellar during both the negotiation process and the closing process. He made me feel like family the entire time and definitely left a lasting mark, that will keep me with General for all of my future RV needs. Samantha, who did the walk through the day of my delivery was also awesome, sweet and thorough. I was running 2 hours late (out of my control) and she was flexible and kind about it, showing me nothing but smiles and grace! She even set my puppy and I up to stay the night in their lot, since my drive that night was going to be 4 hours and I was exhausted. Safety first with this bunch! Ryan, who not only perfectly installed my weight distribution hitch (with several roadblocks due to my negligence with a trailer hitch key AND my tardiness) but also went above and beyond with sharing his personal RV experiences/tips/tricks. His technical expertise was comprehensive and meticulous. He was also SO loving to my puppy, who I had to bring with me that day...making sure she stayed cool in my truck. Even when he was finished with the job, he brought her water and love while I was inside with finance. He walked me through my entire list of questions that I had the next day, still tweaking a few things to make sure my rig was perfection and that I understood every nuance. Now that is incredible customer service! I also want to through props to Tom! While on site, I had some mechanical issues with my new truck (which was my tow vehicle). He went out of his way to make sure that my vehicle was safe to drive home, as well as taking his precious time (it was past closing time) to educate me on the problem, how to remedy it, and how to discuss it with my mechanic who sold it to me...making sure I understood their liability and how to approach the situation to be successful. GRATEFUL! This is a long review because I am still feeling SO much gratitude for my experience with General RV in Winter Garden. I feel like not many customers get to say that after making a major purchase like this. I usually hear horror stories and this experience from start to finish, was like a dream. Thanks ya'll!! Lily and I will be back for sure!

This was not the way I wanted to start our vacation @ DIsney Fort Wilderness camp site! First thing Saturday morning I started calling Mobile RV repair companies. I called 14 of them. KA RV was the last one I called and the ONLY one that returned my call with in 5 minutes. Noone else called me back. They were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule. They arrived at the window he promised. Once he arrived he identified the failure and repaired it quickly. Andre, the owner of the company came out himself. He was very professional and polite. I highly recommend him and his company. Thank you Andre and KA RV. Doug and Lexi

Do not buy from or service your RV here. This business is an absolute disaster from top to bottom…read more My RV was severely damaged under their care, and after four months they still could not complete the repairs correctly. To make matters worse, they even painted my unit the wrong color. The problems start with ownership and management. Andre (owner) and Dennis (VP) have shown a shocking lack of professionalism and accountability. Instead of correcting serious mistakes, I was told by service manager Chris in DeBary that I was "too picky" for expecting repairs to be done properly. Poor workmanship, terrible customer service, no accountability, and complete disregard for customers' property. This has been one of the worst business experiences I have ever had. In my opinion, this place should not be operating until they can provide competent and honest service.

THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING A USED RV FROM HERE. I bought a 2024 Thor that had very low mileage on…read moreit. The day we left with it we had water coming in under the slide, broken water heater that was spraying water outside of the water heater (the main valves to the water heater were off so I am assuming the issue was known), after the first rain we noticed more water than just under the slide and realized water was coming from the ceiling, the macerator was not working from the bathroom, and the fridge was not cooling completely. These are not things you can notice during the walk through except maybe the water heater but we did not know the valves were off to the water heater until we went to use the shower. I took this camper to my local Blue Compass due to the fact that i drive over 2 hours to buy this one. My local dealer confirmed these issues including needing a brand new fridge, damaged water heater, leaking roof since it was not sealed prior, new slide seals (found a birds nest inside) and a clogged macerator. Luckily I purchased an extended warranty which covered the refrigerator and the water heater, but the rest of the items were now my expense. Although this camper was used, I still paid a SIGNIFICANT amount of money for it to have all of these issues. I did reach out to the Sales manager in Orlando named Ashlynn but she never would get back to me on the issues. I then reached out to the General manager, named Cindy whom also never bothered to reach out to me. My local Blue Compass advised me that these are issues that their location would not have let go. I am very upset that no one felt the need to contact me at all even if it was to apologize or even a simple "we can't help". All I got was crickets. When I traded my previous camper, I was aware that a part needed replacement and I did my due diligence and ordered the part and had it delivered to them so that my camper was in full working order for them to re sell. I spent $600 just to ship that part because it was the right thing to do even though I got a very low offer on my trade as it was. If you still feel the need to shop here, the only great quality they have is their Sales associate Melissa Salmons. She was wonderful and even tried to help with these issues, but they were out of her hands.
