THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING A USED RV FROM HERE. I bought a 2024 Thor that had very low mileage on it. The day we left with it we had water coming in under the slide, broken water heater that was spraying water outside of the water heater (the main valves to the water heater were off so I am assuming the issue was known), after the first rain we noticed more water than just under the slide and realized water was coming from the ceiling, the macerator was not working from the bathroom, and the fridge was not cooling completely. These are not things you can notice during the walk through except maybe the water heater but we did not know the valves were off to the water heater until we went to use the shower. I took this camper to my local Blue Compass due to the fact that i drive over 2 hours to buy this one. My local dealer confirmed these issues including needing a brand new fridge, damaged water heater, leaking roof since it was not sealed prior, new slide seals (found a birds nest inside) and a clogged macerator. Luckily I purchased an extended warranty which covered the refrigerator and the water heater, but the rest of the items were now my expense. Although this camper was used, I still paid a SIGNIFICANT amount of money for it to have all of these issues. I did reach out to the Sales manager in Orlando named Ashlynn but she never would get back to me on the issues. I then reached out to the General manager, named Cindy whom also never bothered to reach out to me. My local Blue Compass advised me that these are issues that their location would not have let go. I am very upset that no one felt the need to contact me at all even if it was to apologize or even a simple "we can't help". All I got was crickets. When I traded my previous camper, I was aware that a part needed replacement and I did my due diligence and ordered the part and had it delivered to them so that my camper was in full working order for them to re sell. I spent $600 just to ship that part because it was the right thing to do even though I got a very low offer on my trade as it was. If you still feel the need to shop here, the only great quality they have is their Sales associate Melissa Salmons. She was wonderful and even tried to help with these issues, but they were out of her hands. read more

My name is Douglas Chick, from Orlando Florida. I purchased a 2022 Jayco Terrain in november of 2022. The lithium battery is dead. I took it to the dealer I purchased it from: Blue Compass RV in Casselberry FL. They changed their name from Orlando RV. I took the van to have them look at the battery and they said it was dead and it would cost me $17,000 to replace. I purchased it on a consignment. Before I could pick it up, they replaced the battery that was under warranty. Of course, when I took it there to have it fixed, they were more interested in selling me a new RV, than fixing mine. read more

Well, I reported this business to the Better Business Bureau to hopefully get a solution, but figured I would write a review here as well. I am writing this review regarding Blue Compass RV in ORLANDO's excessive and unjustified retention of our RV, which resulted in substantial and unnecessary out-of-pocket lodging expenses. Blue Compass RV retained possession of our RV for a total of 105 days, during which they repeatedly failed to provide accurate timelines or meaningful progress updates. Communication throughout this period was inconsistent and inadequate. I received written communication from the service manager, Ashlyn, explicitly acknowledging that the prolonged delay was due to staffing shortages and that ongoing communication failures regarding timelines and expectations were the dealership's responsibility, not ours. According to the dealership's own service records, the total documented labor time across all jobs was approximately 6 hours and 35 minutes, and even the documented work was incomplete. Given the minimal and unresolved nature of the work performed, retaining our RV for 105 days is completely unjustified. Because our RV is our current residence, we were forced to secure alternative lodging for ourselves and our dog during the time the dealership retained the unit, which they were aware and completely inconsiderate of. We chose inexpensive, conservative lodging locations to keep cost low. These lodging expenses totaled $9,049.84, which I shared with them as proof. Additionally, we were informed that Blue Compass RV would cover approximately $8,000 in lodging expenses due to the prolonged delay. However, when we were later sent an agreement to sign, it reflected only $5,500 and included overbroad release language extending beyond lodging reimbursement and requiring waiver of unrelated rights. This was inconsistent with what had been represented to us and was not acceptable. I'm asking for a full reimbursement of our lodging expenses with either no agreement signed or an agreement that reflects only what the reimbursement is for: lodging expenses only. I want to add that not only did it take 105 days for us to get our RV back, when they only worked on the RV for 6 1/2 hours according to their own paperwork, but when we received our RV back, not only was hardly anything fixed, but there was more damage and extremely horrible workmanship. I recommend finding an independent RV tech with good ratings and I would never go to blue compass to purchase an RV or for any repair work. The entire experience was absolutely horrible. read more

We purchased a Forest River Rockwood Geo Pro 19FD travel trailer in January 2026 for $28,000 and added on an additional $5,000 for the 3 year full coverage warranty. Our sales advisor, Lorin, assured us throughout the entire process that any warranty claims or service requirements would be extremely easy to manage due to their high service level expectations. However, now that we have spent the $33,000, we can't get anyone to help us with anything. The hard-wired television unit broke nearly immediately. After troubleshooting ourselves by replacing the fuse and working with a technician over the phone, we finally had to resign ourselves to making an appointment to have the problem addressed under warranty. We have tried to get help from the manufacturer (Forest River) and this dealership where we purchased, and nobody will return our calls or make an effort to help us. While all RV Dealerships will likely blow off their customers after purchase, I would strongly advise against purchasing any additional warranties with Forest River or Blue Compass RV as the will not uphold the contract after purchase. read more

This is a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde dealership. The sales department is decent, however don't expect any sort of good service or adequate warranty coverage from the service department. The service department rarely answers their phone, often doesn't return calls when you leave a message, and has a policy of "we will charge you an almost $200 labor rate to investigate issues if a warranty claim is declined." In the depressed state of the RV market right now, this really isn't an acceptable solution, as the only reason people are buying new rigs is warranty coverage. In the absence of a high quality service department, you're better off buying a used rig at 50% or more off and paying for your own repairs. In the end, dealerships stand or fall together, and poor performance on the service side will inevitably affect sales. read more

Our recent experience with the service department of Blue Compass was a huge disappointment, and certainly not what I would expect from an authorized Airstream dealer. We had to wait over two weeks just to get an appointment for someone to look at our unit. I explained to the service advisor via telephone that we had two service issues, one with the hot water heater, and the other the deadbolt on our door. Although these are fairly minor repairs, we have a huge investment in our unit, and we felt better taking it to an authorized Airstream dealer. Our disappointment began as we arrived at the dealership. We had never been there and arrived about 30 minutes late due to heavy traffic. I had called ahead and left a message that we were running late. Once we arrived, we were neither acknowledged nor greeted upon arrival. I had to ask an individual I saw in the yard where to find our service advisor only to learn it was he. I apologized for our tardiness. It seemed that he had an attitude from the outset. He continued his work of taking photos of another customer's unit and did not provide us with any direction or information. I get that there was another customer ahead of us, and we expected him to complete his work for them. However, the lack of basic customer service was palpable. We literally waited in the heat outside until he had completed his tasks, including a couple of phone calls. We were not offered water, a place to sit, or any other simple accommodation. When he finally got to us, he was curt and condescending as we went through the list of items for review. He took photos of our unit and had me sign a document acknowledging that there was no damage to the body of our rig. He recommended that we have a spot sealer service on our rig and we agreed to that $529 maintenance in addition to the diagnostics for each repair item at $99.50 each. He indicated the unit would be ready by the end of the month, a week and a half away. I asked that he communicate with us what they found. After a week, as I had not heard from him, I called the service advisor for a status check only to learn that they had not even looked at our rig; that there were three ahead of us, but that they still anticipated making the promised date. I received a text from him the morning of that promised date indicating that the unit was ready and asking us to pick it up. I wrote back inquiring about the best time and received a note indicating that the parts department was waiting for part numbers. Confused, I wrote back asking why they were looking for part numbers if the unit was ready. I received no response so I telephoned him. He was actually rude and argumentative when I reached him. He indicated that they had completed the work that had been promised; that if I wanted the repairs done, they would have to wait to hear back from Airstream and that could take some time. Instead of letting us know that ahead of time and discussing next steps; i.e. ordering parts and scheduling the repairs, etc., I would have to wait and to schedule yet another appointment for the repair work. Needless to say, we were very disappointed in the lack of communication and unprofessional behavior of the service advisor. I let him know that we would be picking up the unit but that we would not be returning to their service department under any circumstances. When we arrived, I was directed where to pay the invoice and had to ask where we were to go to receive our unit. We were not shown the sealant work that was completed or had any other communication with the advisor. They had also lost our jack block that we had been told to leave with them, and we had to purchase a new one. Once we returned to our storage facility that day we noticed two scratches on the body of our rig that were not there when we dropped it off. I sent photos of the damage to the service advisor but never received a response. Since this experience, I did some research and found that this service department has some of the worst reviews I have ever read. While the sales department continues to receive accolades, the service department has received nothing but bad reviews. The problem with that scenario is that the service and warranty work are usually the life blood of a dealership. You are losing valuable revenue if this matter is not addressed, to say nothing of customer good will. I only wish I had done my due diligence prior to spending over $800 with them. absolutely horrid! bought a brand new 2025 jayco pinnacle from blue compass. had damage on it when i purchased it... took them 4 months to fix an awning scuff and then when i got the unit back, and went to use it the awnings no longer work. no accountability, tries to brush it off, won't help or fix. they directed me to use a third party company repair company and for me to pay for it. it is extremely hot and i have little kids, can not be outside now, the entire trip is ruined and the response from this location is absent. stay far away. if you are thinking about buying or getting service done here... trust me... please... just dont... go somewhere far away from here!!!! read more

Purchased a 2025 Jayco Jay Feather from Blue Compass in October 2024. Sales dept was great. However since purchasing we've had many warranty issues come up and have in for service 5 times. This means tear down unit and set back up for evaluation AND again when parts arrive. On multiple occasions, the wrong parts were sent which meant breaking down unit and returning a 3rd trip for correction. Back in Feb 2025, we dropped off unit for warranty assessment. They made the list, submitted to Jayco. Parts arrived in March and install appt was scheduled for 4/2. Unit was there for 3 days. Service dept were unable to complete due to missing parts. In the meantime, we sold our home and are currently in transition looking for land to purchase and build a home and are living in trailer. The last 2 times of warranty work meant we incurred hotel room charges while they did their work. We went from 4/17 to 5/8 with no response on my husband's text message to warranty dept reaching out to find out status of replacing both tv and radio remotes they lost an last service date. On our most recent warranty appt, we dropped off our unit on Friday (scheduled appt) and Blue Compass promised to have our unit completed that afternoon. They called in the afternoon and stated that it would be completed on Saturday. On Saturday mid afternoon, they called and said it would be completed on Monday due to staffing issues, even acknowledged pushing through another customer ahead of ours. We bit our tongue and paid for another 2 nights at the hotel. First thing this morning (Monday morning), they called to tell us that Jayco had sent the wrong part. Why they wouldn't have checked that before we brought it in is beyond us. I would not recommend Blue Compass. We've experienced a turnover of employees causing the ball to be dropped on their customer service support. We still do not have the recliner warranty issue fixed. Blue Compass RV in Orlando is incredible, to the point that it's worth driving in from another city/state to get the level of service their team provides. I've been in sales for 15+ years, and it's surprisingly hard to get great service (especially on a big purchase like an RV). My husband and I were seconds from buying an Airstream from an independent owner, but got a recommendation to talk to Lorin over at Blue Compass. It's impressive and rare to find someone who knows as much about RVs (especially Airstreams) as he does, and he was refreshingly professional and honest. His project management skills made the steps needed from us clear and easy to tackle. Because of Lorin, we landed on the perfect Airstream for us and decided to go with him vs. the independent seller. The Airstream we picked out through Blue Compass was at another location (Jacksonville), so Lorin helped us in orchestrating the viewing and pick up. There was a night and day difference between their horrible and unprofessional service at the Blue Compass RV in Jacksonville vs. the white glove service we received from (literally) every single person at the Blue Compass RV Orlando location. I drove from Charlotte area and specifically told the salesman I wanted it checked and prepped before I arrived. They were not ready when I arrived. The fridge died before we left, fortunately they tracked down a replacement, but I lost 3 days of vacation. The finance guy was 4 hours late to close the deal. It was missing the outdoor grill and TV which should have been checked before I headed down. Now there was a lady working their that coordinates documentation and she was great, which is why I did give them 3 star otherwise I would give it a 2 star. We purchased a new Jaycee travel trailer 08/2024. The salesman was great. However, we have had multiple issues with the a/c, heater & shower door. We are being told it could take up to 2 months to get the parts for the door. In this day & age, how does it take this long when Amazon can deliver next day? And, not sure if the a/c & heater issues have been resolved since we are unable to use our unit. The service dept. is greatly lacking! They set an appointment time/day but tell you it could be up to 2 weeks before they can get to it. WHY the APPT? Do not recommend this dealership. read more

I sorta didn't want to leave this review because I tried really hard to give them the benefit of the doubt...but here we are. The sales department is great! Derek is an awesome sales person, very transparent, great communication, easy to get into contact with, and knowledgeable about the units he sales. The downfall...their service area sucks...they are awful and impossible to work with. Know that they will not even take look at your RV without paying a $90 "diagnostic fee". Then another 100 if you purchased a warranty and the work is covered. Unfortunately, I had a service need and it took weeks of communication with their manager to get the service complete. I do have to say that they did not charge me for the services completed because of the circumstances around it. That was very nice...the problem is they up sale their in house warranty services but then nothing is covered by the warranty. Tons of loop holes that allows them to choose what work they are going to do under warranty and what work you are going to have to pay for out of pocket I called yesterday to Schedule another appointment after a malfunction over the weekend. The scheduler advised me that it would not be covered under the warranty because though it is a mechanical part and mechanical parts are covered the part that is malfunctioning is not the actual mechanical part though connected....of course a loop hole. My recommendation is if you purchase from them DO NOT purchase the warranty and DO NOT use their service department. It is very obvious that they cannot service the volume that they sale. Shop around for other warranty coverages such as Good Sams. Then find a local company to complete any service you may need. Dealing with getting a service issue (bought new 5 months ago) fixed has been a nightmare. Have spent over three hours on the phone and no one has given me a straight or same answer. Also...when I picked up the camper, they had been using my 30amp cable for power and forgot to put it back in the camper. And the bolts on the camper hitch were finger twist loose. Yeah. I want to start by saying if we could give them a negative rating it would be negative 10 without stars. We did not even want to give them 1 star. My wife and I purchased a brand new Jayco Pinnacle 5th wheel costing at $100,000.00. We purchased it to live in it and not travel at this time. We had to take it back for service within the first 6 months, at that time we had to store everything securely and check into a hotel since this was or home. They had the 5th wheel for a week. The service department and the general manager were rude and not easy to talk to or work with. This unit is only 3 years old and has not been traveled in and has been parked. All of a sudden, the upper AC unit stopped working, one of the larger slide outs had a cut in the harness. We called to make an appointment, and they told us there would be a charge of $120.00 per issue to look at it. They had the 5th wheel for 2 weeks before they gave us an answer as to what was going to be done to fix it. They said they had to search for a new AC unit, we questioned them as to why they could not get it from Jayco. No good answer to that question. After 3 weeks they said they had a new unit, but not only the harness for the slide out needed replaced, but now the motor also had to be replaced. We questioned that, and that question was not well received by the service manager. We did not feel like that the motor was an issue as the slide out motor was working when we took it in to them. After a month they finally told us it was ready and we could come pick it up, so we made the trip to pick it up only to find out that they never replaced the slide out harness as we had told them it was damaged. They had it on the invoice to bill us out for the new one and the labor, but they never did the work. Their response to that was "Do not worry we would have caught it when we did our inventory, and we would have contacted you to bring it back in and we would fix it". That was told to us by the General Manager of the store (we had finally got her on the phone since we were getting nowhere with the service manager). Both the general manager and the service managers are difficult to work with. While talking with the general manager I had interrupted her briefly to correct her on one of her comments and she told me not to interrupt her while she was talking. So as the conversation went on and while I was talking, she interrupted me, and I quickly told her I deserved the same respect as her and that she needs to wait until I am done talking and then she can talk. She was still rude, and I let her know that she works for us we do not work for her, she is not paying us for the privilege to service our RV, we are paying her. I told her that their customer service was horrible. Finally, they called us back to say they had replaced the slide out harness and we could come get the 5th wheel. We made the trip back and when I went into the unit to inspect what they said they had fixed they informed me that the main communication board that controls everything 'JUST STOPPED WORKING'. It was working when we took it to them and after a month at their shop it just stopped working, they told me that just happens. They charged us almost $5,000.00, and after 1 week of having the 5th wheel back at our property the brand-new AC unit is rattling so bad. We contacted the service department manager, and she said that it was not doing that when they had it and we would have to bring it back again for them to find out what is going on with that BRAND NEW unit. Needless to say we do not trust them to do any more service to our 5th wheel ever again. We have found someone else to take a look at what the issue is with this brand new AC. There were multiple things we took it on to Blue Compass to repair and they were not fixed, so this other company now has to fix things. This is now going to cost us another $2,500.00 to get things fixed properly. We will never purchase anything from them again and we will absolutely never take anything to them for repairs and lastly we will never refer them to anyone for purchasing or service. read more

Save yourself the frustration and buy your camper somewhere else. My experience was bad from the moment I took delivery of my airstream. They did not install the tow connection correctly and and it caught fire while I was on a trip. After dealing with that I have had a number of minor service issues and have had equally bad experiences with the service team. Including damaging the inside of the cabin while doing a repair - scratches on the interior and even managed to scratch my tv screen! Most recently when I scheduled a warrant service on the refrigerator it took a month to get the appointment for them to assess and now it's taken over a month for the warranty claim to be approved, all because they didn't do the paperwork right! read more

We went to the Tampa RV Show in January 2021 to begin our RV search. On the last day we met Gabby who was amazing and very informative. We ended up purchasing our 2021 Greyhawk that day. During the build period she was great about keeping us up to date on progress. Charlie, the finance manager was equally as great with us through the process, keep us up to date on all the things we needed to do before pick up day. On Pick-up day, we met with Gabby and Charlie ( who came in on her day off) and they were awesome. These people are a joke. Bought our brand new Jayco in 2020. From the day of delivery until now, we've had nothing but bad experiences with these entitled people in the service department. Showed up to pick up my RV and it wasn't ready when I was told it would be ready 2 days prior. Then I had to come back later in the day (45 minute drive to dealer) and when I got home, I realized they didn't put our power cord back in the RV. Now I have to drive 45 minutes back to pick it up. I actually had the little girl in the service department tell me I wasn't the only customer experiencing frustrations. There's a shocker. I truly wish I had read the reviews before purchasing our RV from this business. Jayco corporate is my next phone call. Purchased 16' Airstream in 2016 from Orlando RV and traded up to 25' Airstream last year. While aggressive, the sales team did what was necessary price wise on both transactions to win our business. That's why Orlando RV gets a second star. Checked throughout the Southeast and I have to admit they were the least expensive for the exact models we wanted. The Service Department on the other hand is a disaster. Getting any warranty items fixed in a timely manner is impossible. The constant technician and office personnel turnover adds to the hot mess. While the Airstreams trailers overall have been just about great, there have been a handful of nuisance items that needed dealer attention. Our 3+ years and 2 travel trailers of warranty experience with Orlando RV's Bad Service Dept. has been frustratingly brutal. Be forewarned. Find another repair service or DIY. We're done with O-RV. Purchased two RV's from this place since October 2022. Most recent one was a trade in from the previous purchase. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. The first RV was coming out of prep when I noticed a film all over the windshield, i think it was overspray from a treatment they did on the body. I also had an issue with stains on the vinyl flooring. The answer for the flooring was that they would clean it. I foolishly assumed that meant they would get rid of the stain. Later they told me they couldn't get the stain out and I would more or less have to live with it as they kept their word, they cleaned it. I had a note signed by someone over there on the final saying they would replace it. The female manager already told her minions that they, in no uncertain terms would not replace the floor. I let her know I had it from Blue Compass that I had it in writing, so they agreed at that point to swap out the floor. I still had that film on the windshield, they said they would send a company to my house to take care of it. The company made three promises to come out to my house but never showed up, I took it back to the dealership and when I went to pick it up after being told it was ready I noticed it was cleaned off in just one area, still had that on the passengers side. Ashley said to me when i called it out , "oh, you want the whole windshield cleaned," I said yes, as I sometimes look out over the passenger side of the windshield. When i came back to pick up the 'RV it would not start. She told me to take to a Mercedes Benz dealership to have that looked at. I did not buy it at the MB place and here I was being told to make an appointment with them. The not starting at random times happened three more times at inopportune moments. I took the vehicle back and worked out a trade on an RV that seems to check all the boxes for me. As I was going back and forth to the title department past the female managers glass office at least ten times she would not look up once or ever come out and thank me for my business. Was this because i asked them to keep their promises after spending 160 thousand dollars, i don't know but I could feel the hate she radiates toward me in her very unfriendly manner. I have passed her in the hallways at other times and she could not even mutter a hello. Most normal places of business would step up the guy that has spent over three hundred grand there in less than a year and say, "Thank you for your business," but this gal too good to do something like that. I don't know what it is, I don't know the woman but this type of treatment is uncalled for in a place that wants to appear friendly to customers. On my new RV the arm rest on the passenger's seat would not stay in place. The person checking out the van and showing me the ins and outs of it noticed the arm rest and stated that the whole seat would need replaced. I agreed with him, and he told the gal, Angela in customer service. I was there so I know a seat was supposedly ordered. I was scheaduled to come in the 24th. When I called to confirm as I got closer to that date she said she knew nothing about ordering a new seat. i was shocked. In the meantime, the arm rest seemed to have corrected itself. I let the mechanic know that I did not need a new seat. However, I got an email from Angela telling me I was scheduled to come in because the tech said he only did a peek into the diagnostics, and they wanted the van for a few hours to finish up his diagnostic testing. That is in her email to me. When i got through the hassle of making the 37-minuet drive through rush hour traffic to the dealership, parked the RV and went into the office Angela began talking about the seat to which I had already told the tech I didn't need a replacement. I called out that the email stated diagnostics were needed that would take a few hours. However, Angela said no, i should not have told Dave but her that the seat was fine. in any case, why would I have to drive out there to possibly confirm what was already a known issue. What were the diagnostics that David was supposed to finish up? It could not have been an arm rest that wouldn't have stayed in place. I didn't say anything once they told me that there was nothing besides ordering a chair on the books. When I asked about David, she said he was out of the country. I don't understand the attitude, they look at me as if i had two heads when i go to the service department. I believe that this, as always, starts at the top and goes downhill from there. If you're thinking of buying here, they have a nice selection but after you buy you will find that the service department is very dysfunctional and good at miscommunicating basics. I will never go to this dealership again. Wish I had read these reviews prior to buying from Blue Compass. Never would have bought there. read more

Purchased a 23 keystone outback from another dealer that sucked at service. Found out through keystone that Orlando rv does keystone warranty. Went to service dept, explained problem. They told me they don't do warranty for Outback's. By they will take my money to fix it. I guess keystones money isn't green. . read more

UPDATE: Cindy D. General Manager true to her word, did get a tech here and he was very personable (Ivan). He was able to correct and repair the issues listed in a relatively short time. If you need pre-delivery or warranty work done on your bran new RV you purchased from RV One / Orlando RV save yourself some headaches DO NOT BUY or TRY TO get SERVICE from RVONE / ORLANDO RV I had to file a BBB complaint to get a response from them and currently a technician NO SHOW for this morning after being promised a tech would be here to resolve All issues Pictures are how the RV was delivered read more

6 months of ownership and my original warranty items are still not addressed. (Paint overspray, protective film, night shades, washer fluid pump, leaking sink, etc) My coach has been back in to get the item's addressed twice. It sat for over a month and a half and 1 of 9 items was addressed. The tape they used to mark the items needing repair took off the finish from the doors and drawers, so my list of issues grew while they had it. Service manager has absolutely zero customer service skills, nor understands what her position actually is within the organization. The service personnel have very little knowledge of the manufacturers they are representing nor the industry as a whole. This is my fourth RV and by far my worst experience. WARNING! DO NOT TRUST THEM! If honesty is important to you purchase elsewhere. This is a long story but I'll do my best to keep it short and even provide contact info for additional details if you wish. I'm that disgusted with this crap. Visiting from California we had some time to kill and have been RV shopping so we chose to visit Orlando RV one afternoon. Saw something we liked and negotiated a deal and paid a deposit over the phone the next day, Friday. We were very excited to fly back in two weeks to pick up our RV and drive back across country. Monday morning we received the written Buyers Offer via email for us to sign. It had a surprise Prep Fee of $895 which we questioned over a phone call and offered to maybe negotiate or maybe split. They denied and we said we need to think about it. We called back in about an hour to agree to the terms and sign but they avoided speaking with us and eventually did speak to inform us they sold the unit. Agreed to a deal, paid a deposit and then they sold it out from under us for obviously more. Very dishonest, consider purchasing elsewhere! Not much on the lot unless you like travel trailers. Walked around to look at the few fifth wheels, no one asked us if we needed help. Meh.

We purchased a new Jayco from this Dealership in late June. The Camper has been a disaster. Multiple problems from leaks to electrical, to manufacturer defects. Service at Orlando RV has been nonexistent. I will not recommend either Jayco or Orlando RV. Please go elsewhere for your purchase and go over your new camper thoroughly before you take it home with you. Very unhappy camper!!!!! read more

I bought a used rv from them on April 26th. I was given photos and told the rv had zero leaks and everything worked. Now before I go into detail I did buy it as is with these things being told to me. I flew from Michigan to Florida on a way one flight. I was greeted and was treated well when I was there. Now comes the bad, when it was ready to be demo'd I walked into coach and was very happy at first. I walked into back bedroom and seen the side wall was rotted and falling apart.(not in photos). I was pretty upset but overall was told all the leaks were fixed so counted it as something I could fix. We went on the drive and everything seemed great. We pulled back into lot and I made sure everything worked and it seemed to. I asked sales rep to look at the power jacks and tell me if they moved and she said yes they were working well. I then talked to the service rep and asked about oil level in both the motor and generator and was told it was a closed system and not able to check!!! ( I was confused as that made no sense but shrugged it off due to excitement). I ended up paying a 695.00 service fee to clean unit and check unit over which again wasn't happy about but was told it was mandatory. I paid them in cash and cashier check(no loan) and started my trip home. I made it about 10 hours and was pulled over for my rear lights not working (service fee of 695?). I Almost made it home before losing engine horsepower(fuel filter). Not that big of a deal since I was mechanical. Pulled into driveway and overall wasn't super happy but not disappointed. This is where it goes bad!!! First rain storm I find I have three different water leaks, Two in bedroom and one in dining room. (I was told no leaks) but buying as is I don't have much to stand on. I then put jacks down and the rear driver side jack is leaking so bad it leaked a gallon of ATF immediately. (Was told everything worked well). I emailed sales rep and she asks me to contact the service prep manager which I did on 5/14/2019. He stated he was told to make sure unit was safe and to clean and fill the tank. All for 695!!!!! So all this to say I'm extremely disappointed in Orlando RV and will probably never buy from them again. They used my excitement against me and were dishonest. Overall we love our diesel pusher but now have to spend an extra 3-5k to make it the way Orlando Rv told me it was. read more
